Redelijk hotel met tegenvallende service

Inrichting van hotel

6 kamer op naam geboekt en zijn vervolgens bij check in willekeur uitgegeven. Hierdoor misverstand voor die gene die 2 nachten verbleven ipv 1. Uiteindelijk later zelf met receptie opgelost anders had men van kamer moeten wisselen. Ontbijtzaal pas om 08.00 uur open. Bar om 22.30 al aan het schoonmaken terwijl deze normaal tot 23.30 is geopend. 1 persoon voor de receptie en de bar is te weinig. En de prijs van 248€ per kamer is aan de hoge kant voor de geleverde service.

Superb

Great location, spacious room with nice bathroom. All the details had been thought of (coffee machine with cups and water cooker with tea bags available). Even airco (no need to use). Great breakfast with lot of choice plus vegan and gluten(wheat)free options arranged.

The bathroom was not clean, especially the toilet and sink with dust, it's evident that they are not well cleaned for some time

The property is very well located and the rooms are very nice. The breakfast was delicious and had a very wide variety. The staff also attended to our room requests for one of our parents who is in a wheelchair.

Good

I'm glad we got the room we had. The whole stay I used the bathtub, complete relaxation. Television is a cool solution when it rains. The area is beautiful, the forest is wonderful to walk around.

For cool evenings, it would be nice if the heating started working, which in our case did not always work. I still didn't understand that refrigerator that wouldn't turn on.

great bike rental in good hotel location

- the chance to rent bicycles at the hotel - breakfast buffet - bath tub

- no shower curtain in the shower and probably the drain was not clean, because the water level was raising extremely fast during a normal shower - mattress cover was a little dirty - cleaning lady entering the room almost 1 hour before an already early check out time - 11 am check out: it is early, a pity not a more normal 12 pm check out

Nice location for the rest

Breakfast was fantastic. Additionally we ordered lunch and dinner - very tasty. The restaurant offers a kids menu. Location is perfect for walk: sea, Ecomare and forest in 1-2 km away. By our request staff agreed for free late check out to have lunch in the room (new Corona measures became in force) - we appreciate it!

The best hotel to stay on beautiful Texel

Nice location, friendly staff, cozy bar and restaurant. And the breakfast was really excellent! We'll be back!

The room was very small compared to other vdvalk locations.

The room was clean

The noise of other people. Vdvalk did there best but it was not nice. Not the good information about covid.

Room was very big and the Bath tub was awesome! Dinner was lovely and location was close to the beach and forest

Staff was not super friendly. Ordering dinner was a mission, you had to order before 5pm (we did not know this and the staff was not very nice about it). The Bed was a double bed but it had two separate mattresses so a little uncomfortable to sleep in

Beautiful weekend in Texel

Very good size of the room, balcony, bath, tasty food for breakfast and dinner. Very close to the national park. A little bit further from the towns.

Everything was very good.
