Hotel com excelente localização.

A localização muito boa, perto de muitos restaurantes. Café da manhã variado, várias tipos de frutas, bolo. Restaurante no hotel muito bom. Não tinha cheiro de mofo. Atendimento da equipe do restaurante excelente.

Esperava muito mais, o hotel é interessante mas o valor é muito alto para organização e instalações.

Nos primeiros dias tive problema com infiltração e estava com goteira no banheiro, o vaso sanitário não subia água pois estava com problema na hidráulica. Tivemos problemas com a reposição de toalhas já que o hotel alegou que estava com alta demanda e a lavanderia não deu conta, teve dia que tive que utilizar a toalha de rosto para se enxugar. Após muitas reclamações nos transferiram para um outro quarto, com uma Boa Vista e banheira porém no último dia antes de irmos embora acabou faltando água e tivemos que reclamar umas 5x pra que liberassem a água já que estávamos atrasados para o voo e no fim haviam fechado nosso registro pois o hotel está passando por reforma, por esse motivo quase nos atrasamos para o nosso voo, a administração tem muitas falhas.

Dos funcionários, principalmente o pessoal do bar da piscina. Piscina tbm muito boa, limpeza dos quarto excelentes. A cama é bem confortável, a vista muito bonita.

Fui em um período de chuva, chovia mais dentro do hotel do que fora, a onde você ia estava alagado... Restaurante os preços era exorbitante, café da manhã com pouca opção considerando ser um resort, elevador travou comigo 2 vezes tive que esperar a manutenção esse pra mim.foi o pior.... Box dos banheiros extremamente apertado, WI-FI? NUNCA FUNCIONOU DENTRO DO QUARTO MESMO PEDINDO VÁRIAS VEZES PARA ARRUMAR. Salão de jogos? Parece mais uma brinquedoteca... uma coisa que não é boa o ar condicionado... Olha que fui no período de chuva não estava calor, mas mesmo assim sofri com o ar que não gelava e fazia um barulho horrível...

Great stay in Natal

Breakfast was great, so much choice. Upgraded to a better room. Pools were fabulous. Staff were very helpful and accommodating

Nothing to write home about, but functional.

Location was great to access beach and restaurants. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Breakfast was plentiful with great omelettes.

Hotel in bad need of updates. Smell in hallways and bedrooms is wet. Rooms are basic, and our air conditioner didn't work, or wasn't adjustable. Hot water was hit or more. Gym was rusted out with hardly functional equipment.

I strongly do not recommend even in the west case cenário. Check in was but once it is done comes all the bad surprises. 1. This hotel is no way a 5 star standards 2. Roons are old 3. Shower out of other and water is law warm 4. Cleaning service has no standards 5. Ameties placed in the bathroom only for one person set up whereas we have been three people. I had to call 5 times and only at 5° time having been rude they attended my needs. 6. Buffet dinner is disgusting and food quality the worst I have ever seeing. Very slow and inefficient service but that is not a problem from waiters once there was two guys to do almost everything thing. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. 7. Breakfast disgusting as dinner, low standards, crumbled eggs was disgusting looked like vomit and had not taste at all, Juices very artificial and impossible to drink. In an all I could only eat some fruit and try to drink a coffee that for well nowned Brazil standards it was disgusting , even the cheapest bar round the corner would offer such a thing. 8. The only ones to be satisfied are the kids because they only want to play and at least there are some entertainment to them. The team look very well after the kids at least and they come back happy. 9. Personal chose people to whom they are going to speak or offer something and not for my surprise like in the co-partner Pontal Mar Hotel, they only talk to white people. That is a really disgusting behavior in my opinion, principally because I have experienced real 5 star superior hotel and have never felt welcomed in any of those places. We also do not have to leave our room to order anything or arguing about any issues. 10. On arrival not questions about our travel to the hotel or if it was easy to be found.

Nice gateway with kids

The staff was super friendly. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Just in front of the beach and 3 pools.

First two nights they gave us a room with view to the laundry of the -next to- hotel. Not what they promote on their website. We asked for a change and they immediately booked us in a better room!
