Keep doing what your doing now never change.

The Hotel was in an excellent location so near the beach the shopping area i couldnt have asked for more. No hills so easy for walking. Fab food staff very friendly and the whole Hotel was just spot on, will be back for sure.

Maybe the odd show at night time could be in English but i wont hold that against them.

Dos días simplemente espectaculares en el Hotel Madeira de Benidorm.

Nos encantó la ubicación del hotel, en pleno centro con acceso inmediato a todo tipo de servicios. La habitación de maravilla con unas vistas inolvidables y el buffet... una calidad y variedad estupendísima. Repetiremos seguro, vamos a ver si lo dejamos como una tradición familiar.

Igual algo de animación infantil, para que los peques tengan un entretenimiento y diversión enfocado a ellos.

4 Estrellas ??? Sin servicios y sin limpieza. NO PARA NIÑOS !!!!

Lo único bueno era la ubicación.

4 Estrellas ??? En lo alto del edificio... Hemos estado en 3 estrellas con más servicios y más limpios. La piscina RIDÍCULA, no había espacio para más de 10 prs., era como una piscina para bebés. No hay espectáculos ninguna noche. La comida del buffet muy limitada, no había gran variedad. Mucho ruido en la habitación, cuando el servicio de habitaciones estaba en otras habitaciones, despertaban a las demás, cuando movían las camas y dando golpes. La limpieza pésima, no limpiaban casi nada, cada día la misma cantidad de suciedad, pero con marcas de haber pasado la fregona sin barrer.

les places de parking très bien mais un peu exiguës pour des véhicules de grosse taille (la majorité des véhicules présents) certaines places sont d'un accès délicat mais dans l'ensemble ça va...

los desayunos comida y cena genial, la ubicación muy bien esta en el mejor sitio de Benidorm y vistas, teníamos muy buenas vistas por que nos alojaron en la planta 13

hay poco que mejorar por que la verdad que todo estuvo muy bien, para la próxima vez no pediré planta tan alta por que las vistas fueron perfectas pero de maseado alto.

Hotel impresionante muy bien situado. El desayuno de 10.

La verdad es que por decir algo, como llovía decidimos quedarnos en la cafetería que hay frente a recepción a tomar algo con unas tapas. La situación fue un tanto subrealista, el camarero no esperó a que le dijéramos lo que queríamos y cuando por fin lo hicimos parecía molesto, nos esquivaba y hasta le dije, por fin me toca a mi. Cuando nos trae lo solicitado, con ticket en la mano para que pagáramos. De resto todo maravilloso.

Todo bien salvo excepciones.

Es la 4 vez que me instalé en este hotel tiene muy buena comida y sus instalaciones bien cuidadas.

Suelo viajar por otros hoteles y este es el más caro del parking para coches por 7 días no completos 117€ ( para encima no funcionaba el ascensor y tuvimos que hacer peregrinaje con nuestras maletas) me parece simplemente un atraco, veníamos de un hotel de Lisboa el cual el parking es gratuito para los clientes ,en la mayoría de hoteles de portugal y de gracia no todo vale para sacar dinero.

Good location, but tired and not 4 star

Clean. Good location

different members of our party had different facilities in the room despite booking the same room type. Pool was too small and too deep for shorter people. Not enough umbrellas so only half of the sun beds were useful if you don’t want to sit in the sun.

gret place in excellent central location

I could not find fault from arrival to departure - excellent staff; great central location - some night-time noise but heh its Benidorm; rooftop bar (closed at times due to high wind) with great views; very clean and despite the hotel being more or less full - elevators and public areas coped efficiently

Location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk from the beach

Great hotel

Fantastic location for the old town and new town just 2 mins walk from the beach front. Balcony was fantastic with an amazing view from the 8th floor. I'd recomend going in the outside lift to the restaurant and bar on the 21 floor with amazing views. Pool area was quite and relaxing, maybe due to been through the week. Staff and cleaners all very friendly and helpful.

Overall my stay was very enjoyable. I've stayed in this hotel several times before and some rooms are internal so double check what you've booked if you want a nice balcony with nice views.

Fantastic location, spotless hotel.

location was amazing, we were just where the old town ends & new begins and as we wanted to explore both it was ideal. There was loads of bars, restaurants, supermarket & shops nearby. very short walk to the beach. The hotel was absolutely spotless, rooms were cleaned daily. we were B&B basis & there was lots of choice at breakfast but it was obviously Mediterranean cuisine so don’t expect a fry-up !!

only downside to this hotel was the small pool, we were there in May and the sun doesn’t hit the pool until midday & we didn’t like the indoor pool, you don’t go on a sun holiday to be at an indoor pool anyway.
