About this apartment rental

Beautiful and convenient 2bed Apt, excellent location to Commute to NYC. Bus stop one one block away. This apartment was recently renovated and professionally decorated to make your stay pleasant and in style. First bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a full bed and a full sofa bed. Full of closet space, at the living room there is a full sofa bed. TV wifi, a complete equipped kitchen. Elevator and laundry room in a common area. We also offer private parking for a daily fee.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

The apartment was comfortable with all necessary amenities. Instructions were clear. Convenient buses to New York. Air con was good for summer though a bit noisy.

The apartment is spacous and newly renovated. The area where it si located is perfect to visit New York, the bus stop is right in front of the building. The building is kind of old, but the appartment is in perfect conditions. Comunication with the host Claudia is clear and all the information given is clear and easy to follow, we arrive with no problem. Perfect space to stay and visit new York

We were in town celebrating my grand baby’s 5th birthday. This was a great central spot between NJ and NY. The bus stop is literally across the street! The owners left a great how to guide and tips in the apartment! The apartment was clean, beds were comfy and we absolutely enjoyed our stay! One little thing I would add for those that cook…I would ask the owners to add a pizza pan and a cookie sheet! Then I would have given a 5 plus ⭐️ review!!

We were a family of 4 adults and 1 toddler. Space and room was just nice for us and we had a smooth check-in and parking was arranged as well. All instructions were given very clearly from Claudia and we had no issues from start to finish. Property was also very clean and had a nice setup for everything, it was well thought of. There were extra blankets, sheets and towels and the sofa could also be converted to a bed. The elevator wasnt working on the first day but thank goodness it was only 4 floors up. One of the days we took the NJ transit bus back from NYC port authority terminal (time square) bus no125 and it stops one street away(literally 2 mins walk). The bus journey was about half hour with traffic, still very convenient. I would recommend this property 100%

The apartment was perfect for our needs. There were 5 of us and we had enough space for all. The apartment was also very clean. Perfect for a stay in New York City as the bus stop is directly in front of the building. Thank you Claudia!

Early communication with the host. Though the apartment complex isn’t fantastic looking (or smelling in the hall) once you get into the apartment (easy process) it is great. Clean, communication with the host was quick and easy. Great for a friends stay with kids where you’re going to be spending more time away and out and about than inside. Recommend

WARNING STAY AWAY,,,,The outside of the BUILDING is terrible and dirty, garbage everywhere , I paid for parking it was dirty and located by the dumpster,I messaged Claudia about the unpleasant experience with the location, parking and building and she never responded .The only okay experience was that the apartment was okay...I will never stay there again..

The only problem we had was the garage door and com. Couldn’t get it locked once we opened it. The garage could really use a good sweeping. And the rail needs adjusting.

Contact with Claudia was easygoing! The place was clean and very crafty. I felt like I was home! It was just my boyfriend and I in the apartment so it felt pretty spacious. Would definitely consider booking here again.
