Perfect Inn and location for our few days away,

Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Good room and perfect location.

Larger shower would be good but it was adequate.

Absolute paradise.

Location right at Charlestown harbour has to be the best in the area. Was expecting to be above the pub, but ended up in their separate apartments which were superb. Huge bedroom, separate lounge area, 2 TV’s, expresso machine and enclosed garden with table and chairs. Then add in guaranteed parking and superb staff. Just book it.

Perhaps more tea bags and coffee in the room and defo put cases in the room ( that arrived before us )

I would only go there for the food.

I paid for a superior room , the pictures on website was of a house next to the car park they own however I had a room above the pub , a lot smaller very noisy even with earplugs in, the bathroom sink was so small the shower was small there was damp mould on the ceiling and it smelt and the ceiling in the bedroom had lots of cracks, plus a guest had a dog that pissed on the carpet outside our room and it was barking through the night and early hours of the morning.

Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient car park although quite difficult to walk on due to uneven cobbles.

Unfortunately they didn't always have what was on the menu. No cheeseboard, no porridge and no vanilla ice cream. Always found an alternative just a little disappointment.

We had a comfortable stay apart from a bit of noise through the floor from the room above.

The room was very comfortable and staff very helpful. Great location.

Some noise from other guests when we were trying to sleep.

Had a lovely stay at the rashleigh arms in Charlestown as it was my birthday

The place was extremely clean and very warm as was there in early April.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel - highly recommend.

Room and bathroom was a little small, however, the place was clean and welcoming. The breakfast more than made up for the size of the room. The food was excellent! Would definitely visit again.

Friendly staff , good quality food . Value for money . We brought our dog last minute, and he was given his own basket of dog beer , food bowls, etc . Power shower in ensuite, which was amazing.

The rashleigh lad arms is a well located pub / hotel, clean and tidy. the breaky is brilliant! staff are very friend

the area it’s in, the lovely little Charles town. very close to the sea.

unfortunately our room/ bathroom didn’t quite look like the pictures, the room was fine and bed was comfy but the bathroom was about the size of my daughters pencil case. i couldn’t end over to rinse my face under the tap without hitting my bum on the opposite wall. this is only a minor negative as the rest is lovely

Perfect Hotel, Perfect Staff, perfect location, would definately recommend!

We arrived later than we expected and the bar area was very full of guests, but there was no problem with getting us into our rooms and assistance was offered with the bags. This was perfect after a long day's travelling. The rooms are really comfortable and warm and we slept well on very comfortable hotel beds. Breakfast was well beyond expectation, with more than enough choice for everyone. The were guests at a wedding on Charlestown harbour, so the Rashleigh was perfect as everything was within walking distance. The staff of the Rashleigh were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. On our day of departure we had to leave by 5am (too early for breakfast). The management, after finding out that we had an early start, arranged for a basket of fruit to be left outside our room for our journey. We definitely chose the right hotel!

Access was up stairs wit 2 suitcases this made life a little difficult as there was no lift
