About this house rental
Newly redecorated , 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Master bedroom with new king bed, mattress, 2 night stands, dresser and large closet, guest bedroom has a new queen bed, mattress, 2 nights stands and dresser. The home has flat screen smart TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Fully equipped kitchen and in house laundry facilities. A screened in lanai off the front of the house to enjoy your morning coffee. Also have 2 bicycles to embark on a leisurely ride throughout the community or enjoy the views on a 15 min ride to the beach. The Lee Tran kiosk is conveniently located at the front of our park. This home is nestled in Sun Resorts and Residences, formally known as Indian Creek which is located 3 miles from Times Square at Fort Myers Beach. At this time we have an activity room, pickle ball and tennis courts available for your use. There is a monthly newsletter provided to give updates on activities in the park. For the time being we have access to 2 beautiful pools and hot tub at our adjacent sister park - Sanibel Gateway, formally known as Siesta Bay. If it's not a beach day you could enjoy fishing charters, dinner cruises, pontoon boat rentals, mini golf, Key West Express and many restaurants for dining pleasure.

Best Property
This stay for 9 days was honestly the best since we chose this property!! We enjoyed the activities within the park like card bingo, bingo, and water aerobics. We met some lovely lifelong friends! The property---so beautiful inside and out. NOT one thing did we need when we checked in. Had all toiletries, towels, cleaning supplies...it was literally our home for 9 days and it was homey and clean. We left 2 rafts for future guests to enjoy! There is literqally not one thing I would change. We grilled, drove around to pools in the golf cart and enjoyed watching TV in the king bed. Communiction w Mike, Kelly and Vera the caretaker was phenominal. I could not have asked for a better property or experience w VRBO since it was our first. I will be renting again next year!! Thanks for opening the home to us.

Awesome Vacations!!
It was our very first time in Fort Myers Beach and we completely loved every minute. The house was everything we expected and exactly accurate with the listing. Mike & Kelly the owners were wonderful hosts, collaborative at all times and they were very attentive to all the details. Definitely an excellent “price-service rendered” offer. Location of the community couldn’t be better, 10 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from Sanibel Beach and 45 minutes from Captiva Island, plus Walmart across the street, a mall 15 minutes away; the location is surrounded by all kind of services and stores. The house had all the amenities needed. If y’all are one couple or maximum two this is definitely the place you want to rent for your stay. No doubts that we will return to Ft.Myers Beach and we will return also to stay at Mike’s & Kelly’s home. Thank you for being a part of an awesome vacation time!!

A beautiful home close to shopping and beaches, the owner was so wonderful called and explained everything prior to stay. Enjoyed all the amenities of a beautifully maintained park. The rental included the use of a golf cart and two bikes that we enjoyed daily. Highly recommend the rental will definitely go back in the near future.

Beach Family Reunion
We had a wonderful experience staying at Mike and Kelly’s home in Indian Creek RV Community. It was close to the beach where other family members were staying. It was spacious for 4 adults, plus it had many amenities. We rode the golf cart and bikes that were provided with the rental. The pools were also very nice. I definitely would rent from them again. Much better than staying in a hotel.

WONDERFUL TIME AT THE BEACH!
My wife and I had a relaxing 49 days at this Indian Creek Resort property. The home is well appointed and was found to be just as depicted in the VRBO photos. We used the golf cart many times and very much enjoyed all three pools at the resort as well as Ft Myers Beach and other beaches close to the resort. Mike and Kelly, the owners of the home are were very helpful in pointing out the various attributes of the resort and immediate area. Jim and Vera, the great team Mike and Kelly employ to care for the home are the best! They are wonderful folks, period. We had a wonderful time at the property and may return again soon. Wonderful Stay
Mike was very helpful before we got to our rental. Called us a day or two in advance to give us some information about the place. When we got there it was exactly what we expected. We were supposed to leave Saturday evening and called about staying another night. Mike was very helpful in find out this info and allowed us one more night! We absolutely loves this place and will go back again if we are able to

Fabulous Home for a week
What a beautiful property! So very clean and nice, with everything you could possibly need for a great stay and then some. It's beautifully decorated, furniture is comfortable, kitchen is great to work in. Plus the resort has a great pool, hot tub and really friendly people. Lots of great restaurants nearby, and Wal-Mart is across the street if you need anything.

The place we stayed in had many fun things to do & very nice people to do them with, but the actual home we stayed in was really really amazing!!! Every convenience possible in a most comfortable setting with the latest technology & newest dishes, linens, pans ... & all we could ever need. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners who were truly wonderful people that I believe we will be forever friends with. This was our 1st VRBO experience & know it will not be topped. We are actually going to rent the very same place in 2019 & again in 2020 if all goes well. Thank you Mike & Kelly, we are blessed to have met you & have you in our lives. Just an added comment, the Ft. Myers Beach area is full of fun things to do & we are just a trolly or bike ride away from all of it, but we were just as happy at Indian Creek :)

Modern, clean, everything you need!
Very nice, modern clean house! Plenty of room and had everything you could possibly need. We used 2 of the 3 pools and the hot tub in the complex. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The golf cart was great for checking out the complex and going to the pool. I would definitely go back, and next time I hope to make it to bingo at one of the three halls for activities! Thanks so much Kelly and Mike! We had a wonderful time that was much needed!

Mike and Kelly your place is wonderful, so glad that I was able to find you through VRBO and talking to you personally and getting the right information so we could be worry free when we got there. Also, Thank you so much for responding to us when we had a little trouble with internet outage, which turned out everyone had trouble with (we found that out by the pool) plus, when I asked if we could stay one more night you were so gracious to let us stay being the storm was overtaking Minnesota. I've tried to come up with a word that would sum up our stay in Fort Myers and all I can come up with is "WOW!!"!!
*Fort Myers itself was such a nice place to visit. There are so many things to do, restaurants to enjoy (we loved Nervous Nellie's and Bella Mozzerlla), and the beaches are great!
*Indian Creek was awesome! We just kicked back and enjoyed the pools and the kids had a great time switching from basketball to ping pong to pickle ball! The staff was very friendly and with a gated entrance we felt safe to let our preteen/teenage children enjoy the amenities without worry. It's such a neatly manicured resort with a great miniature golf course, complete with live gators, just outside the gate. We enjoyed riding the golf cart over there and Indian Creek visitors get a discount!
*262 Yuma Trail was the cottage we rented for the 9 nights we visited. I was at home the moment we stepped inside! It was such a clean, neat place complete with a golf cart and two bicycles. We spent time playing cards at the kitchen table and watching Netflix on the 2 smart tvs. It was fully stocked with clean linens and great mattresses. We were there for a baseball tournament so we really kept the washer and dryer busy without any issues. Everything you can think of is in the kitchen cabinets. I highly recommend this home!
*That brings me to the owners, Mike and Kelly Pos. I have NEVER had an owner/renter experience like this one. From the first day I booked, Mike was making sure our stay was perfect. He gave me a completely accurate description of his home, Indian Creek, and the surrounding area. He was a text or phone call away for anything we needed. He was able to extend a personal hospitality all the way from Canada and I came away feeling like I'd gained a friend! You will not regret working with Mike!
