Ideal place to stay whilst visiting the area

Second time staying here, staff friendly and efficient, room clean and comfortable.

The pillows were a little hard for me, breakfast sausages and bacon could be better quality although everything else was fine

A short stay in a comfortable easy acesible hotel.

Location - near the station, nice big comfy rooms with fridge case you want to store your food /drink. Kettle and teas etc provided. Dinner on site was good for me as I was travelling alone for a health appointment so dont necessarily want to go out again after travels.

A great stay - one recommendation would be to put some plants in the foyer and around the building - also the dining room could do with some decor - some plants/paintings on the walls and warmer uplighter lighting to make it more cosy and inviting. (food was great tho)

Bed was slightly on the small side for 2 people but had 2 beds so used one each for second night

Staff very friendly. Fantastic food loved the chicken wings and great value for money.

Very good

Very good value for the money , free parking and good size rooms with a wide choice for breakfast. Problems with their Virgin internet as i could not use it

Very clean and spacious room, all expected amenities, well heated, good shower, comfy bed. Quiet. Car parking on the premises, close to town centre and inner ring road.

comfortable, friendly, basic but well located.

the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. the room was very clean and the location was excellent for town. also very useful to have the car park. the bathroom was a good size and the shower was good.

it was very warm in the rooms, there was quite a-lot of noise at night, mostly from other guests but also noise heating and fridge, our children all slept well though. The breakfast was a little disappointing but the hash browns were great!

Ok, but no Bar spoilt the trip a little

Very disappointed that the bar is no longer in use, we used to really enjoy a drink there

Very good

I was disapointed that an accesable room wasn't available but the room we were given was spacious enough to use my walker & a safe seat was brought to our room for me to use in the shower within 15mins - excellent customer service thank you. When we checked out, leaving our bags for a couple of hours was not a problem :)

The very steep hill is a little tricky for a manual wheelchair

Good location and easy to walk into town centre. Handy parking on site. Friendly staff.

Clean and fresh. Helpful staff. Good food both breakfast and room service, and the location was ideal for our needs, as well as ample parking

It's the second time I've stayed here, and rest assured I'll be staying again at some point in the not too distant future. Great, clean room, excellent location, and helpful friendly staff. What's not to like?

This second stay seemed inexplicably expensive. Especially as my first stay was over the Christmas period.
