Absolument tout ne va pas désolée!!
L’accueil est inexistant, un gérant qui se fait passer pour un employé quand on a une remarque à faire, un repas sans menu proposé, déposé à l’arrache (j’ai pas d’autres mots), composé de viande et de riz froid aux couleurs immondes 🤮, qd je leur ai dit que j’étais vegan, c’est simple le patron/employé ne disait pas savoir ce que c’est !! J’ai donc rien dîner et le lendemain je n’ai évidement pas consommer le petit déjeuner payé d’avance! ON LE REFUSERA LE REMBOURSEMENT NI DU PRÉTENDU REPAS NI DU PETIT DÉJEUNER!!
L’hygiène est plus que douteuse avec des draps troués!! Et le pire je crois c’est le fait que le repas que j’avais payé d avance n’avait pas d’eau ni de dessert!! Et le summum, c’est qu’après avoir déposé une lettre pour le soit disant directeur (qui était devant moi en fait donc), avant de partir je valide le fait qu’il l a bien eu… et la ambiance très très menaçante LE MONSIEUR QUI EST DONC LE DIRECTEUR S’APPROCHE DE MOI ET ME DIT DOUCEMENT : « VOUS DEVRIEZ NOUS REMERCIER… » COMBLE DE L’HORREUR !!! SOUS ENTENDU ON AURAIT PU VOUS FAIRE DU MAL!!!!! ÉTABLISSEMENT À BANNIR BOOKING!!!! FUYEZ!!!

После довольно спартанских условий в других тунисских отелях я был в восторге. Крепкие 4 звезды, не говорите мне "нет".
Попросил тихий номер - дали. Просторный, довольно стильный, даже с раздельным "санузлом", причём в отличном состоянии.
Всё рядом. Муниципальный пляж в 7 минутах ходьбы. Он не шикарный, но это претензия не к отелю. Сетевые магазины очень недалеко. Остановка автобусов 115 (для поездок в Набуль и в Ясмин-Хаммамет) и автобусов в Тунис-столицу - в 10-15 минутах ходьбы.
Высоковатая цена завтраков. Я пожадничал - и уже сожалею о этом.

Un peu vetuste niveau équipement et chambres, un rafraîchissement est nécessaire... Un très mauvais point pour la piscine aucune sécurité anti dérapante, plusieurs personnes ont glissé vu la qualité du sol... À améliorer en urgence pour la sécurité des gens.

Staff so friendly and accommodating. I have stayed 5 times now at la residence. Laila on reception is so nice and is very kind. I would not stay anywhere else in hammamet as hotel is so homely and location is perfect

L'emplacement hyper centre d'Hammamet. Le bungalow confortable et sa jolie terrasse fleurie. Le jardin extérieur bien entretenu et verdoyant.
Le supplément exorbitant de 30 dinars par jour pour tolérer un petit chien qui partout ailleurs était accepté gracieusement sans supplément même dans des hôtels 4 étoiles.
Les 4 euros par jour pour louer de la vaisselle si l'on souhaite utiliser la kitchenette du bungalow.

I loved the close proximity to both the beach ( 2 minute walk) Fort ( 5 minute walk) the roof top pool, the outstanding staff and breakfast served from 7 to 10 am, at the weekend crepes were made to order. The room was cleaned every day, we were in the superior room which was lovely with a dressing area, seating area, and double bathroom. Air con was excellent as was the hot water in the shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet even though it was on the main room. The hotel had a lovely garden area where you could have breakfast.
There was no hairdryer in the room, you had to collect it from the reception and leave it back. Also, a kettle for tea/ coffee would have been nice

Hotel super céntrico con parking disponible en los alrededores. La playa no es privada pero queda a dos minutos del hotel.
Llegamos antes de lo previsto en el hotel (el check in era a las 3pm) pero no nos pusieron ningún problema para hacerlo antes, es más, nos prepararon la habitación y nos pusieron incluso un ramo de flores del jardín.
Habitaciones grandes, luminosas, cómodas y limpias.
Personal amable y atento.
Piscina en la terraza con vistas al mar perfecto para pasar las horas de más calor.

Accueil exceptionnel, nous avons été surclassés alors que nous sommes arrivés en avance, l'hôtel est parfaitement placé et la terrasse de la piscine offre une vue imprenable sur la mer, et reste ouvert le soir pour passer de bons moments

I give it 10 because I had low expectations because of all the bad reviews, but in reality I was rather surprised by the place. It is a large complex, the room is spacious and looks better in reality than on the pictures. The staff is friendly, especially Mrs Leila
The private beach is a bit rocky but it is like this in most of Hammamet. The best beach is outside the city and it’s called Citronniers

The value for money is incredible. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms at seriously affordable prices. Good breakfast. Lovely courtyard area to have a drink. Friendly and helpful staff. A short walk from Hammamet Fort which is surrounded by loads of restaurants and cafes.
The beach in the pictures isn’t quite the same in reality. Not sure if this is potentially seasonal, but the hut was closed and the whole place looked fairly dilapidated.

Location was good in middle of the city
Some of the staff are not professional,looking for tips not satisfaction of the guest.
Just small advise if you want tips you must provide an excellent service to the guest so you will create relation between you and the guest in the end of the day guest will be happy and employee will be happy as well for sure will give something if you love your job do it with passion 😊

The only good thing about this hotel is the location - close to the medina, good restaurants and the beach.

The pictures you see here are a lie! The hotel is very old and dirty.
A spider came out of the bed, dust all over the room.
The curtain bath was never changed: it was dirty, greasy, the bottom was almost black. The toilet was leaking, a horrible smell. The sink didn’t have a drain and the mirror had black broken spots.
The kitchen…. From the 60s, I kept the door shut in order to not cry. Old, dirty and without ANY kitchen utensils, not even a glass!
Wifi — > didn’t work.
Staff not helpful at all - except the cleaning ladies, that were friendly and polite.
The beach: the pictures here shows a huge space of a private beach but there are only some few umbrellas and beach chairs that are very tight to each other.
we saw a lot of guests complaining about the ac not working. 40 degrees celsius without ac!
Finally, as a vegan, I suffered with the yellow bird locked in a cage, completely unnecessary :(
