Parfait

Tout est formidable: emplacement , personnel aux petits soins, literie, insonorisations des chambres et même les petits grincements de l'ascenseur qui donne un charme fou à chaque montée!!!Rien à redire. Rapport qualité prix parfait: cet hôtel est situé dans le très prisé triangle d'or Parisien : COUREZ Y ...si il reste des chambres libres :-)

Exceptional stay in central Paris!

What a fabulous find in the heart of Paris! A wonderful place with warm staff and exceptional rooms and facilities. The rooms were fitted with all expected 5 star amenities and unique services like a 24 hour snack bar and soft drinks. The location is superb, walkable to shops, cafés and many popular tourist spots. A special mention to the helpful and warm staff of the property!

The room could have been a little larger and we didn’t have enough space for two large bags.

Exceptional

We really liked our room which was spacy related to other rooms we were looking at. We liked everything - our terrace with the view of Eiffel tower (a bit) and the hotel and its lift. It had the right athmosfere. Our parking was a bit difficult. We used a parking house nearby, but our car was too big for the parking house. We also liked free of charge bar in the room and cookies and coffee in the afternoon offered to guests for free.

Excellent hotel, brilliant location.

Lovely room - small but comfortable with lovely little balcony. Room had everything we like - bath & shower over, tea & coffee making facilities, plenty of mirrors and good lighting, capacious wardrobe. Breakfast was very good - continental with a choice of cooked eggs to order. Loved the free tea/coffee cakes feature and also the honesty bar. Very well located -m5 minutes walk from theChamps Elysees. Would definitely stay again.

Incroyable, formidable, vraiment génial. Incredible, amazing, really great.

Everything was fantastic for me and my eldest daughter. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and couldn't do enough for us, which was wonderful. They gave us a gorgeous room with a balcony, which was a huge bonus and made our stay really exceptional. Thank you so much. Merci mille fois - c'était inoubliable !

There was only one peignoir in the bathroom, but it was a very small thing so we didn't actually bother to do anything about it, as everything else was perfect.

Perfect stay

Room was huge and very comfortable. Added balcony was great for catching some sun before heading out. Decent shower. An honestly bar which was very nice. This hotel is part of a group. If you pass by one of the sister hotels you can go inside for free coffee and refreshments. We didn't use this but the option is wonderful.

Professional staffs and great hotel

Absolutely the best ever stay I have had in Paris. The staffs were very professional and hospitable. The mini bar was free. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was amazing, in the central Paris neay Elysées but very quiet during the day and night. Really recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy a good stay when visiting Paris!

a perfect weekend in Paris

The stay was perfect. we were there for the Paris marathon and the place was well placed for it. the staff were super helpful and friendly. there was a free bar that offered free flow of soft drinks, tea, coffee and cake every day. even though central, the rooms were quiet. we had a room with a balcony with great views! thank you!

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I would plan on staying here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 20 minute walk to the major museums and attractions.. Our room was on the 6th floor, so it had these incredibly charming eaves and windows that made the rain so cozy. The hotel also provides snacks, tea, coffee from 1400-0200, which was lovely. It was great to have a cup of tea and snack in the later afternoon.

The window stile around the window eaves were covered in fairly thick dust. But this was a minor complaint. Otherwise the hotel was great, and we loved our stay.

Our luggage was delayed and we were having it delivered from the airport. The man on reception at the hotel turned it away when it arrived. Hotel gave us some compensation, but it really did ruin our trip.

Best hotel ever!!!!

Great location, able to walk everywhere. Because it was my birthday they provide me with a Eiffel Tower room view and rose petals on the bed and macarons sooo nice! The staff was amazing and super polite specially Lauren who served us breakfast every morning Also, they are very generous with free snacks and drinks available at the lobby all day and free drinks in our frigo bar definitely a special touch We will definitely be back again!

A little jewel in the centre of Paris!

Everything was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights and were impressed by the attention to detail, helpfulness, and friendliness of all the staff. The room was very big - especially vs such a central location and nornal standards for Paris. We even had a balcony! Room cleaning was perfect every day. We liked that there were free hot drinks and cakes in the dining area downstairs the whole afternoon! Overall, the hotel had a lot of personality/charm and felt very comfortable.

we loved the old lift and the Parisian feel on the place. Close to the Champs Élysées.
