Super Hotel Preis Leistung stimmt. Kleine Verbesserung nötig.

Es war super. Wir konnten die Sauna und das Schwimmbad mitbenutzen. Das Frühstück war super. Manche meckern, dass zum Ende hin kein Brot mehr oder sonst etwas gibt. Naja wenn man auch kurz vor Ende Frühstücken geht, muss man sich nicht wundern. Sonst würde vieles auch übrig bleiben und am nächsten Tag möchte ich ungern etwas von Vortag essen wie z.b Brötchen oder Omelett. Es gab viel Auswahl an Essen und hat super geschmeckt. Das Bett war super groß und richtig bequem zum schlafen.

Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine und kein Wasserkocher. Und leider konnte man sich keinen Kaffee holen am Automaten, da dieser nur für Frühstück vorgesehen war. Nach einer langen Reise die wir hinter uns hatten, wäre es schön gewesen einen Kaffee zu genießen ruhig im eigenen Zimmer.

Usually a good hotel this time, it was less the. Optimal

Not my first time in this hotel, and I will probably return. I love the location - quiet and just out side of the rush The spa is a nice experience after a long day The Bar, although overpriced, is nice

Wet saunas did not work! Shower water pressure was low The toilet sit seems to be overused and adopted some yellow-ish color. It was probably clean but it just looks bad.

Romantic gateaway

The hotel had a few guests so we had a whole place to ourselves.

One hour after check out the houskeeping was not able to find my earings that were on the night stand beside the bed. Really disappointing!!!

Already planning a return trip

We were here in December and the hotel was beautifully decorated. The spa and pool areas were excellent with many options available. There were wet and dry saunas, aromatherapy sauna, salt sauna, Japanese garden, Kneip therapy, heated outdoor pool and indoor pool both with whirlpools. The outdoor pool was magical as we swam while it snowed and were surrounded by Christmas decor. There are spa treatments available but we did not have time to try them Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional with varieties of hot and cold items, teas, coffees, juices, breads, rolls, cereals, musli, fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses Location is convenient to Audi facility/museum/center

Royal stay

This place really surprised me. Quiet location between private houses, with huge parking for hotel guests. Wide premises. Size of room very impressive. Fast wifi. Large surprise was wellness area - in two levels, with pool, large variety of saunas, steam baths, foot massage areas. Special surprise was Japanese garden. Very good gym with professional high-end equipment. Large restaurant. Should be reserved at a reception or there is a risk to stay without table. But, of course, in closest area there are other option to have a diner.

The hotel is prefect, hard to suggest something for improvements.

large choice for breakfast welness is top and clean personnel was very kind large rooms with good comfort for sleeping the whole hotel is clean

the location of the hotel is not the best, it is near to busy streets however the noice is not to hear when you are in the room, only when you are at the swimming pool.

Not so good than expected

The staff was super helpful and nice to the kids and the dog. Really delicious breakfast.

Rooms were super hot (31°C) though all doors were opened several hours and the outside had barely 22°C. No AC except the top floor. Unfortunately they didn’t offer us to move there by themselves, we had to ask since our 1y old couldn’t find some sleep… the hotel is nice but on several places very outdated (bathrooms and most of the furniture) and no fresh smell anywhere like you would expect from a cleaned and „disinfected“ room. The bar is nice but the food is way to expensive than the value of the portions served. 5€ fee for a huge parking lot sounds like some extra cash is needed …

Everything is very clean, the spa is free of charge, towels and bathrobe are provided, excellent breakfast, nice location

The rooms are very warm and opening a window doesn't do much for ventilation. This was the same the last time we were there. Also they jntroduced a fee for parking of 5 euros a day which is new.

Not a holiday - family bereavement.

Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful.

No facilities for disabled clients. Steps to the main entrance, big step into the shower, no grab rails in the shower, the floor and steps in the spa were very slippery.

Pleasant

The spa is lovely. A really good range of saunas and steam rooms. The best bit is the two pools one of which has huge jets. Really recommend.

There was no food in the evening at the bar as the restaurant was closed. I wouldhave liked to be able to have drinking water in the spa and the bar more easily and I wish the scrambled egg was not so overcooked.

Decent hotel for a business trip

Large spa area with pool. Awesome breakfast.

No Airconditioning in summer - warm rooms. Bit dated.. Bathrooms need an update. Room 212 main light was flickering.

Not the relaxing stop over we hoped for after a day of driving.

We used hotel for 1 night to travel next day further to Austria. Friendly receptionist. Plus was swimming pool to cool off after an 8 hours drive.

We find the hotel outdated. The pictures are nicer than the reality. Rooms where cleaned up but not shiny. Smelled a bit misty, bedding not a fresh smell. All windows where dirty on outside. Beds where very hard.
