Mon séjour a été agréable et reposant

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier agréable et qui est proche du centre-ville même à pied. J'ai également apprécié la taille de la chambre, la piscine et le spa. Aussi il y a du choix au petit déjeuner. Je recommande cette établissement.

Schönes Hotel für einen Städtetrip!

Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers, schöner Wellnessbereich, Blick auf die Skyline, Lage des Hotels.

Situation beim Frühstück, da zu viele Gäste auf engen Raum frühstücken müssen. Aus diesem Grund ist das Personal beim Frühstück teilweise überfordert und eine bestimmte Dame zudem unfreundlich. Schade, ansonsten wäre alles toll gewesen. Aufzug ist auchvoftmals überlastet, lange Wartezeiten. Wir hätten gerne die Treppen genutzt, aber dies ist nicht erlaubt.

Stay if you have no plans to go outside the hotel and use its kitchen

Comfortable and large rooms. Quiet neighborhood.

Elevators are shared with local residents, besides one of the two social elevators was out of service.Elevator took forever to get to you and when it did it was packed so, you have to wait for another… Lucky I was on the second floor where I took the stair only during my whole stay. Also, the location was surrounded by road construction which made life really hard to get to the hotel and off by car. Also rooms have carpet floor that are not optimal if you have allergies. No phone in the room to call room service… you have to go downstairs or use your mobile phone and call the property.

Außergewöhnliches Erlebnis mit Skyline Blick und schöner Lage am Main

Sehr schöne Lage am Main, schönes Panorama/Skyline Blick aus dem Zimmer in der 11. Etage. Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV und gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen. Vom Check-In bis Check-Out habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Awful

Incredibly rude reception staff who argued with eachother when I asked a questions about a security deposit, which one staff member stated I wouldn’t get back, the other said I would. This was upon check-in so first impression was extremely poor. Went up to our room where it was a twin room with a single double sheet, we had to ask for an additional sheet - for a twin room this is not acceptable. Moved the beds apart and found old food underneath. When using the bathroom, I cannot say how long it had been since the bathroom floor had been cleaned - the previous people staying in there were clearly male and needs to aim better. Very poor hygiene in the bathroom. The downstairs bar and restaurant state they have live music/DJ from wednesday to saturday, there was no live music and they shut the outside area at around 2300 so we did not feel welcome. The servers continuously forgot that we had ordered drinks and we had to re-order them. There is NO bathroom downstairs for the bar/restaurant - ridiculous. Breakfast at 25€ each per day was extremely overpriced for burnt bacon and overcooked eggs. The choice of food was poor, even at 0900. There was little choice of food and the heating pots are difficult to use, you are unable to put the lid down whilst trying to serve yourself food.

Stay was awful. Air conditioning didn’t work properly, had to open windows which meant it was very loud. Even with windows open there was an extremely strong smell of mould. Would not give this 3*

Beatiful hotel with a great view and a nice spa!

The staff at the reception was very friendly and professional. Especially Joël. The room was spacious. I loved the bathtube and the view from the room. The location is great.

The waiters at breakfast could pay more attention to the customer. It is small things. Instead of apologising for interrupting while take away empty plates, it would be better to ask, if we are enjoying the breakfast or make a bit of friendly small talk. Also the technic of picking up the empty dishes can be improved. It was very noisy, adding to the perception of being interrupted and disturbed every 10min. Some additional amnities at the wellness area would be nice. I. E. infused water, tea, fruits. The choice at breakfast was good, but the presentation can be better. It missed the little extra flair. Some facilities need maintenance i. e. the changing room could not be properly locked. All in all just minor inconveniences. I am looking forward to come back.

Sehr solide und wundervolle Lage.

Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sogar mit kleiner Küche. Die Sauna mit Schwimmbad war schön. Der Fokus auf Geschäftsreisen ist sehr angenehm.

Ein Deckel vom Bodentank war lose. Ich hätte gern gewusst, dass auch Gäste außerhalb des Hauses in Sauna und Schwimmbad sind. Wer ein modernes Designhotel erwartet, wird enttäuscht. Es ist eher konservativ eingerichtet.

Perfect stop for business, just make sure you bring your gym and spa things

Great hotel with all the amenities, plus a small gym and a nice spa. The breakfast was a great start to the day and the room was spacious with lovely views overlooking Frankfurt. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Whilst I didn't get everyone's name, Noel really did go above and beyond when checking me in. He was warm, friendly and enthusiastic and as a result I had one of my best check in experiences.

The gym could be better equipped and the room's are a little dated. It is a little out of the city centre too.

Tolle Aussicht, sonst naja…

Die Lage, die Aussicht und das Parkhaus.

Möbel, Ausstattung und Bad deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Gardine war voll mit Flecken. Im Zimmer roch es modrig und wir fanden Silberfische. Nach der Übernahme des Zimmers marschierte einfach die Putzfrau nochmals unangekündigt ins Zimmer.

Great location but rooms need attention

The hotel is very central easy to reach everything on foot. Room size was nice, although it looks bigger on the pictures. Great shower pressure, good breakfast, friendly personnel.

The room was a little dated and needed an upgrade. A lot of scratches on the floor and walls could be easily fixed with some paint and polish. The windows and curtains were dirty. Coffee cups were also not clean. Only granulated coffee in the rooms. Generally, if someone with a sense of ownership looked into the room, they would be able to see a lot of details that could be easily fixed in a hotel of this category. However, if only basic cleaning is done, it declines overtime and the price becomes unjustified.

Wat een deceptie!

Uitzicht over de stad was mooi en eten in restaurant was goed.

We boeken een luxe suite, maar krijgen een kamer die vies is, onveilig (afgebroken stekker in stopcontact met openliggende contacten), zonder het extra bed waar we om hebben gevraagd en hebben er nog 3 keer om moeten vragen voor het werd geregeld. In ochtend moesten we bij het ontbijt wachten op een vrije tafel voor ons vieren terwijl er een 4 persoonstafel vrij was, maar deze was gereserveerd voor de hotelmanager!! Belachelijk.. de manager vindt zichzelf belangrijker dan de gasten, werkelijk absurd.

- Schimmel im Zimmer - Skyline Sicht (ja aber nur wenn man gezielt zum linken Fenster geht und dort hinausschaut. War das extra geld nicht wert. - Bekannt aber die Preise der "minibar" oder besser Kühlschrank. Eine minibar ist was anderes für mich.

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast.

Excellent! Rich selection of everything and so many healthy options. There was even an omelette station with a super responsive chef. The highlight was the freshly squeezed orange juice and carrot juicing machine. The staff were polite and quick to clear the tables. Everyone spoke good English and were willing to assist with taxis.

Early check in cost me 60 euros and breakfast was not inclusive. That felt unfair. Why? The elevator needs a bit of work. It was a bit too slow and made so much noise.

Die Aussicht aus dem 14. Stock auf die Skyline war Super. Zimmergröße sehr gut. Frühstück, Wellnessbereich auch. S-Bahn fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen

Gute Lage, toller Ausblick, perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub!

Geräumiges Zimmer für 4 Personen und Hund mit bequemen Betten (1 Doppelbett und 2 Zustellbetten), kleiner Kochnische und Blick auf die Skyline. Sauna, Dampfbad und Pool frei nutzbar von 10 bis 22h, nettes Personal, große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt am Main, die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 20-30 min erreichbar.

Ein kleines Licht in den Saunakabinen würde nicht schaden, dann wäre es abends weniger düster. Schade auch, dass man den Spa-Bereich nicht schon vor dem Frühstück nutzen kann. Im Eingangsbereich roch es meist (für mich unangenehm) nach Zigarrenrauch. Parkplätze stehen im Parkhaus für zusätzlich 24€/ Tag zu Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist gut, allerdings sind 36€ pro Person m.E. nicht gerechtfertigt.
