The convenient location, free parking and the exceptional staff leaves a good value for money feeling.

Great little spot away from the noise, perfect for a family. Bella Vista sits in an excellent location for day trips as it’s super close to the ferry (car & passenger) and the bus stop into town is only a 4 min walk away. There’s free parking onsite and we were handed complimentary public transport tickets for the duration of our stay which was fantastic. We took the ferry across to Meersburg to explore surrounding wineries simply via bus. All staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming even after hours. We included breakfast and it was plentiful and some of the best coffee we have had around.

It’s a lovely and spotless cosy hotel, perhaps an iron & board would come in handy and a mini fridge in the rooms/apt would work a tremendous treat (we had toasty 30+ degree summer days/nights).

Great location, great staff, shame about the room

The hotel was in a perfect location for us and the staff were very pleasant, helpful anefficient.

Our room was extreemly small and the bathroom was even smaller, it was the smallest bathroom that we have ever had. The room was like a sauna, very hot and no air. When we opened the door to go out, the corridoor was cooler than the room. We had the windows open as far as they would go and the fan on high but we couldn't sleep due to the heat.

Great family toom with sturdy bunkbed for the kids. Room was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Lots of fresh tasty options for breakfast (continental only). Great location 5 minutes from Mainau Island.

Superb

We really liked this hotel. We could not have had a better welcome, the guy on reception was chatty and friendly and very helpful. Finding the hotel was super easy. The parking was great and hotel is a few minutes walk to the lake. We were given a free bus ticket to go into town and back, with really easy instructions to follow. Our room was lovely and clean, large and comfortable, with amazing views over the lake. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, as much as you liked, and friendly staff. We will definitely return.

Nothing to dislike, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

great experience and definetely I prefer to book again

Breakfast was adequate, might be a few more choice but at the end it was good. Stuff were very friendly and helpfull. There were ~8 parking space and it was convinent. They arranged already a city day ticket and it was really nice to travel with bus to old city. Public transport possibilities are perfect.

Bed could be more comfortable. There can be extra pillow and another towel for hair. Nice to have a water heater or some glasses on the room

A good choice

The staff were exceptionally good, everyone was friendly and polite and helpful in an efficient manner. The breakfast is very good and there is free parking.

The rooms on the ground floor near the reception are not well soundproofed, especially the doors, and I was woken up in the morning by the sound of the printer and the door closing

Will go there again

Perfect location outside of Konstanz. Ferry to Meersburg and 3 Restaurants walking distance away. Also special is the Loretto chapel on a little hill 10 minutes from the Hotel. Free parking, quiet neighborhood. Great breakfast and very nice hosts.

Little background music in the breakfast room would be nice, love the decoration, cool artwork around: Mountain Climbers, Map of the world with a very unique frame, 3D art work of Bodensee and try to find the three 🙈 🙉 🙊

cosy and value for money

location was pretty far from the old city (if you don’t drive), but the tram/bus stop to the old city is located quite near the hotel. there isn’t a lift also and breakfast was quite limited.

The room is very clean, and the staff are very friendly. We asked for breakfast spontanunously without booking, and they managed to offer us breakfast.

Our room was always baked by the sun, at least 3 degrees hotter than the hallway, and the fan was weak.

It was a very pleasant stay at centrally located when visiting Mainau and Meersburg.

The location was perfect, close to the ferry, and perfect when visiting Mainau, Meersburg and other sight seeings. There is a store really close to the hotel in a walkable distance.

Didn't like would be wrong, would have been great to have a fridge in the room. The staff had a portable fridge, that we could use, although during such weather it would have been great.

Very pleasant stay, clean hotel, great breakfast, convenient location, what more do you need?

Breakfast was great. Room was small(ish) but comfortable. Location for travelling (bike tour) was perfect. They have a large garage to keep the bikes and have plenty of tools to fix things, just in case.
