everything was great apart from the gym area

The room and the view of the lake was amazing

the fitness area, it should be bigger with some additional equipment, ie dumbbells and a bench, the multi gym was too complex and the exercise bike was really old

The hotel is neat, has great views, and has a classy restaurant. We liked the comfort of the beds. The small wellness area is beautifully done and offers something for everyone: sauna, steam room and laconium.

The hotel lacks the feeling of cozy comfort. It is all very functional but besides the pictures that show the hotel's story, the decoration is odd and impersonal. It was disappointing to have the one room with the smallest shower on the whole floor in which when you turn around you turn the tap off. Given we stayed there in the middle of winter to try it out (and potentially come again in other seasons) and the hotel only had a minimal number of guests staying I do not understand why not give those that are booking a room to highlight the beautifully located hotel. Wellness area: Beautifully done, but also there it lacks details - just plastic cups and a water dispenser. I would have expected more with this class of hotel.

Excellent and well-run hotel.

Comfortable bedroom with good shower room. Excellent views from the bedroom over the lake. Good car parking on site. Excellent local bus service provided free to guests of the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Excellent and clean swimming pool.

I felt that breakfast at CHF28 was very overpriced Car parking at CHF13 per night is fairly expensive. It is quite a steep walk up to the hotel from the main central piazza.

This is a really lovely hotel with a great staff and very lovely rooms overlooking the lake

There is no hotel pool but you can go to a neighboring luxury hotel with free pool privileges.

Facilities meet the four stars, but failed by the details.

Breakfast is rich with the choices and delicious! We had a room for three persons with lake view, and can see also the nice garden, there is one queen size bed for couple and an extra sofa bed for child, the room size is big enough for a small family, very comfy!

The shower drain has strong sewer smell, get stinky fast, have to keep the bathroom door shut all the time. There is a hair in the hand washing gel bottle, yes, it is inside the bottle!

Lovely, people and dog friendly place, highly recommend!

A true dog friendly hotel. Wasabi, our Frenchie, was treated with the same respect and kindness as we were. The hotel has a dog garden that is big, clean and perfect for our pets to do their business.

The wasps. Hotels can’t control wasps fully, but at least they can make an effort to mitigate the issue. It was nearly impossible to have food outside.

Good location, beautiful views, comfortable stay

Excellent hotel, good location especially if traveling by car. Not close to the lake but easily walkable. We stayed in one of the suites in the newer building, it was specious, modern and well equipped. Our suite had a big balcony with stunning view of the lake. Breakfast service was good with lots of options including a warm station. However some of the staff looked a little stressed.

Negatives - pillows too soft. Pool and spa area were just ok.
