Hôtel confortable et bien situé

Hôtel bien situé, avec un espace vert et piscine agréable , très belle chambre spacieuse,bar agréable. Proche métro et d'un parc .

L'entretien de la clim, le côté stricte de la piscine et manque de fauteuils.

Longe de um 5 estrelas como se intitula na questão estrutural mas muito bom no atendimento dos funcionários

funcionários bem atenciosos e solicitos, café da manhã muito bom com bastante variedade, boa localização

Acomodação com infiltração em vários pontos do carpete, e na parede do banheiro para o quarto, precisando de uma boa reforma e troca dos carpetes.

Mi estancia fue cómoda y excelente…

El personal fue excelente desde la entrada del hotel hasta la Sra. Que limpiaba, muy buen trato, con respecto y cordialidad. El cuarto amplio, cómodo y muy limpio todas las instalaciones. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Me gustó todo.

介绍中有机场大巴线可直达宾馆，实际机场公交车已经取消很久。住二天，入店时要我付比预定价格多600元。第一晚就厕所下水道阻堵。

Отель ели дотягивает до трех звезд. Хотя в целом было не плохо, но снова в этой гостинице я не буду останавливаться.

Местоположение, размеры комнат, комфорт, сад и китайский ресторан рядом.

Отель старый, уборкой в отеле занимаются так себе, почти все угли в комнате и особенно в ванной грязные или кажется грязными. Персонал вежливый

Have used this hotel for many years but this will be the last.

The shuttle bus was ok.

The hotel is dated and has not moved on in the many years I have stayed there. The staff are ok, but could be much more helpful during the Canton Fair, in what is a very stressful time for travellers visiting China for the first time. The staff on reception do not speak enough foreign languages and whilst I'm slightly embarrassed to say that the UK as a nation don't try hard with other languages, British or Spanish is the business language all over the world, so this should be the minimum standard. I witnessed many staff purely walking away when trying to converse with confused guests. Payment options are limited around the hotel, no visa payments can be taken at the bar for food and drinks so its regular visits to the ATM to take money out. Consider getting WeChat set up and adding the barcode payment method to it. This seems to be quickly becoming the only way to pay for anything in china. The rooms are now beyond dated and whilst the bed is comfy, my room was falling to bits! The balcony door didn't work, the mini bar door was falling off and someone was in my room basically screwing it in place when I arrived.

Bom custo x benefício.

Café da manhã muito sortido. Quartos espaçosos. Roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade e bem limpos. Limpeza impecável do hotel e dos quartos. Hotel muito bonito, porém bem antigo. Oferecem transporte gratuito para Canto Fair de ida e volta todos os dias.

Uzun yıllardır kaldığım bir yer genel olarak memnunum ama galiba yakında bir Renovasyon ihtiyacı olabilir

Özellikle bulunduğu yer merkezi Genel olarak temizlik düzeni iyi Resepsiyon iyi çalışıyor

Kahvaltı çeşidi iyiydi ama Avrupa’nın alışkanlıklarına uygun çeşitler de bulundurulabilir Peynir ve zeytin gibi Bir de girişte biraz daha rahat bekleme yerleri olabilir

Overall makes my family happy!

The biggest bathtub so far. The bed from the elite twin is big enough for us to have good sleep! The neighbour restaurant offer better choice of breakfast than the hotel one as we stay there for 7 days with 2 rooms. With some days we went out for food hunt and we enjoyed the variety of choices for food! We can get Luckin /Starbucks coffee opp the road too!

The electric sockets are too old and lack of replacement. In our room, the one for the fridge is not working and the one for hairdryer is also not working. I remembered I saw similar reviews for the hotel before I booked. It’s true! After sending 2nd staff to check then they realised this problem and the one of the man of his 50’s helped us to pulled out the fridge to plug in other socket! He is one and only one settle the issue for us!

Old classic hotel. Maybe old but still well maintained, clean and close to local shopping and eats.

Fantastic Hotel (underrated)

Grand entrance, upgraded to a suite, helpful staff, big bath, comfortable bed, great location

Security were a bit strict with masks (but they probably should be!) and went mental when we tried to ride our rental bikes to the door of the hotel

The hotel is in a great area, not too busy

The hotel is nice, not dirty and not that clean. The carpet not clean and has a bad smell. Bathtub was not clean. The hallway was just a turn off for me, smells really bad.
