Du marketing intempestif et une lumière qui vous réveille systématiquement.

Jardin sympathique. Repas très bon au restaurant.

Chaque fois que la porte est ouverte, la lumière s'allume à pleine puissance. Il est donc impossible de dormir lorsque son conjoint sort de la chambre. Il paraît que de nombreux clients s'en plaigne, mais il n'est pas possible de ne pas avoir la lumière qui s'allume. C'est insupportable. À 500 balles la nuit, c'est dingue de ne pas pouvoir dormir. De plus, nous avons dû partir plus tôt que prévu. Alors que le séjour était non remboursable, on nous a dit qu'ils voulaient nous rembourser, je passe les détails, on devait recevoir le lendemain la confirmation, ou au moins une information. Jamais un seul message. Par contre, les emails de spams de la chaîne d'hôtel sont nombreux et malgré la désinscription, cela continue.

Well run hotel in a great neighbourhood.

Room as great, included breakfast was delicious, and the hotel team was super helpful. The surrounding neighbourhood is super chill, yet only 2 stops on the Vaporetto to St Marks Square.

In the winter there are limited dining options in the neighbourhood, but the hotel Kitchen and Bar were great.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem fantastischen Rezeptions-Personal und dem wunderbaren Davide! :)

Eine traumhaft ruhige Lage. Ein sehr gemütliches Zimmer mit einem super Bett. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr aufmerksam und einfach zauberhaft! Grazie mille an die meravigliosa Paula!!! Sie hat uns ein Zimmerwechsel möglich gemacht und war immer für unsere Anfragen da :) Auch lieben Dank an Annachiara! :) Das Restaurant im Hotel ist auch ausgezeichnet und eine super Wahl für ein Abendessen. Und der Service und immer zauberhafte Unterhaltung mit Davide hat uns so viel Freude bereitet! Grazie mille!!! Auch mit Zimmerreinigung waren wir immer sehr zufrieden, herzlichen Dank!

Der Service beim Frühstück ist etwas ausbaufähig. Die Damen sind sehr nett. Wir haben jedoch einige Tage gebraucht, um uns wohl und willkommen zu fühlen.

Un bon choix au calme

L'hôtel est dans un quartier très calme et résidentiel, arboré, sans touristes. Il a été rénové récemment. La déco est belle et notre suite duplex avec terrasse était très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est plutôt copieux et riche. Il y a un arrêt de vaporetto à 3 minutes à pied, en moins de 10 minutes on est place saint marc !

Il n'y a pas d'accueil au petit déjeuner et donc on attend longtemps sans savoir quelle table on peut prendre, comme il y a beaucoup de monde.

very nicely decorated, staff were great especially the chef who was extremely helpful and accommodating

air con in room would only drop to 19c was very hot outside and the air con couldnt really cope which made it a hot night in the room

Nice hotel

Room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of choice for food at breakfast. Receptionist Gulie was very helpful on arrival - thank you. Location was a 5 minute walk to get the water taxi or a 20-25 minute walk to the main attractions.

The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear conversations being had in the corridors which at times are early hours so wakes you up.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough and with easy enough access to allow you experience everything.

Really perfect Venice hotel with warm welcome, beautiful and convenient location and big breakfast

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel. Every one of the staff we met were so kind and helpful. I am particularly mentioning Paola who was just so welcoming and gave us all the details we needed for our day trips. The room was massive, the view was lovely. The location is 3 mins from St Elena boat stop so getting everywhere is very easy and it's really nice to leave the tiny hot streets of Venice to get back to the space and the parkland around the hotel at the end of the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. A well deserved 5 stars

This hotel is in a great location in Venice, it's in a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle, but it's also just a short distance to all of the main tourist attractions via the vaporetto or by walking. We enjoyed the local area of Sant'Elena with the park and local shops and restaurants.

Great stay! Would recommend.

The property was always clean and fresh. The staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They were helpful with figuring out public transportation including early morning transportation to the airport. The hotel is easily within walking distance of the busier areas of Venice. One of our favourite things was walking each morning. The neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed compared to the sprawling tourist focused districts.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, Venice.

We like the calm quiet residential location, yet in walkable distance to the mean attractions, waterbus stops are nearby. The staff are pleasant. Julia and Valentina were both cheery and helpful. A credit to the establishment.

The Standard Room we were in only had a desk chair. As the room is designed to accommodate two persons, it should have seating facility for two, instead of one person having to sit on the bed. A small armchair would be a good addition.
