The lovely and comfortable house, newly built and
from the pleasant and functional type, it is located in Orta-Legro, a well-known hamlet of Orta San Giulio, from which it is approx. 1.5 km, reported on tourist guides because it is known as one of the 85 Italian countries that are part of the "Italian Association of Painted Countries".
The house is located about 150 m. from the original main square where the local stone and the wrought iron blend in harmony with the ancient wash house and the church of the '700, in an enchanting quiet and sunny plain for the whole day given its exposure.
Nearby there are other private houses and lots of nature with the possibility of walking in the woods.
The plain sweeps over the surrounding mountains and Lake Orta, you can see: the Sacro Monte di Orta, the sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso, the peaks of Monte Rosa, Mount Massone and Mount Mottarone, panoramic winter and summer ski resort for walks and trekking about 15 km away.
The property is accessed via a pedestrian gate and automated driveway gate on an exclusive fully paved courtyard, where outdoor parking is available for n. 2/3 cars.
CASALLEGRA is bright, sunny and quiet, the new furniture, cared for and comfortable make it cozy and intimate.

The ground floor consists of a large living room with fireplace and 2 large sofas (one with a double bed), color satellite TV, comfortable dining room and delicious open kitchen with excellent equipment (5 burner stove, oven, coffee machine a mericano and moka, toaster, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher) separated from the dining area; anteroom with washing machine and cleaning tools (vacuum cleaner, etc.), bathroom with sink / WC / SHOWER and hairdryer.
From the living / dining room to a paved and covered terrace of 25 sqm. equipped with a large table for outdoor dining and the exclusive garden of approx. 200 surrounded by hedge, with barbecue and sun loungers.
First floor: (2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom / terrace / large bathroom)
Large bathroom with sink / bidet / WC / Jacuzzi and hairdryer.

Bella casa / beautiful house

We stayed over Easter and spent nice days in the garden and around the lake. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. Kitchen spacious with everything plus you could want whilst on holiday. Recommend a family to stay here. easy parking with a big garden to relax outside. We had a few days of rain, so even the upstairs terrace has a nice living area.

Although the property was not in the centre of Orta it was only a short drive ( 5 - 6 mins ) and certainly not an unpleasant walk ( 15 - 20 mins ) past the villa Crespi. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and were eager to make sure that our stay was a pleasant experience and provided lots of information on the local ameneties. The property was very clean and all conveniences were provided for. There were also a number of restaurants and bars nearby, within walking distance, that catered for a variety of different eating / drinking experiences, as well as a well stocked local minimarket. The garden was well maintained and provided a secluded environment where we could relax and sunbathe in private, as well as the large terrace overlooking the garden. There was adequate parking for at least two cars in the driveway. Overall a very pleasant stay and we found it exactly as described on the website. Would most definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.
