Sehr nettes Personal, schönes Zimmer und alles sehr sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend da sehr zentral und doch ruhig.

Splendido soggiorno veneziano!

Camera accogliente e confortevolissima, in pieno stile veneziano, ben riscaldata (abbiamo viaggiato a dicembre) con un bagno pulitissimo e funzionale. Il personale dell'albergo è stato disponibile e gentile e la posizione è sicuramente la migliore per chi vuole veramente assaporare Venezia. Super consigliato!

Great experience to walk up in the room with the best view ever.

Location is great - very close to all must see wonders. I was lucky to receive the best room in the hotel with a breath-taking view on a bridge and sidewalk. The personnel super friendly and helpful.

Good location

Great location away from the crowds and facing the lagoon. A sense of being in the open away from the little streets of Venice. Twenty minute walk to St Mark’s Square. Well placed for visiting Giudecca and San Giorgio Maggiore. Arsenale nearest ferry terminal. A private taxi boat will drop you straight at the hotel from the airport. About 40 minute boat trip from hotel to train station. Loads of restaurants on Via Garibaldi just outside the hotel. Staff pleasant. Breakfast choice fine. Would probably return because of location.

An extremely small room. Hand held shower. Only one power socket. Couple of nights were noisy from other guests in corridor, and noise from outside. Mosquitoes-but they are everywhere in Venice. Felt disappointed on arrival as the extremely positive reviews about the hotel didn’t reflect our experience of the accommodation.

Amazing!!!

Beautiful stay. Staff is great. Front desk attendant a gentleman. Helped us a lot and was super calm with so rough clients to had to deal with. Loved his attitude and helpfulness. Room is beautiful and has a roof top super nice. Two ladies from the breakfasted super sweet, kind and helpful. The location is steps away from the water. If you are using a ferry, stop at ARSENALE. People are not too helpful and give wrong directions for everything. Enjoy Venice. The most beautiful place I’ve been.

The perfect place, I mean location, but see below "What didn't you like". It is just around ten minutes of walk to square of Saint Mark. A lot of cafeterias and restaurants around. "Coop" convenient store is nearby, around five minutes of walk, where you can buy almost everything you need. The warmest hotel I visited during my trip to Italy. Really the temperature in room was quite comfortable for January.

It is not an easy task to get from "Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia" train station to this hotel. You have two options: to walk - it might take around one hour or a bit more; you can take the water tram, it will cost you nine euros per person, the travel time is around thirty minutes.

Venice at its best

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel for the third time, and I'm sure not the last. The hotel staff does its best to make the stay pleasant. I asked for the certain room before arrival and got it. Small hygiene products are renewed every day and even a small sponge for cleaning shoes is used by me to this day. Absolutely satisfying breakfast. And an incredible view of the lagoon from the windows...Looking forward to come again.

Perfect location near Piazza San Marco, small nice hotel with an authentic atmosfere, wonderful view from our rooms ( we stayed at rooms 404 and 405), good breakfast included, very comfortable beds and mattraces..Very helpfull staff...

A very comfortable hotel in a great location in Venice.

excellent location close to the water taxi routes and the main tourist locations. Clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. We were lucky enough to have a room upgrade and enjoyed a suite overlooking the lagoon, marvellous!

Ok but wouldn’t go back.

The location was good but the the rest is not worth the hotel cost.

Rooms were old, not so much aeration. Breakfast was less than average. 1 staff (Ricardo) was really nice and helpful but the rest were average.
