Sosta e visita città di Lucca

Stanza e bagno abbastanza grande. Pulizia. Staff cortese. Dista dal centro circa 800 m. Parcheggio disponibile grande e comodo. Buona colazione, c'è tutto quello che soddisfa noi italiani.

Sul rapporto qualità/prezzo non ci siamo. Troppo caro per il tipo di hotel. Darei al massimo 3 stelle. Le stanze ed il bagno hanno bisogno di essere ammodernate. Nel bagno il lavandino e la doccia pieni di calcare con spruzzi laterali. Aria condizionata sparata a mille. Mancanza di balcone. La finestra non si può aprire perché ci sono molte zanzare e manca una zanzariera che servirebbe molto per coloro che non sopportano l'aria condizionata.

Solides und sauberes Hotel mit top Personal

Die Dame an der Rezeption sprach deutsch, englisch, französisch und italienisch . Hat mich sehr beeindruckt. War sehr höflich und schnell. Parken ist kostenlos was ein Segen in Lucca ist. Unser zimmer war riesig und sauber. Das Frühstück war üppig und es war alles da! Große Auswahl und liebes Personal! Im Zimmer gab es sogar gegen Mücken ein anti Mücken Zeug für die Steckdose! Preis Leistung stimmt hier in jedem Fall, eine sichere Bank und fussläufig super zentral direkt in die Stadt!

Es gab leider nur ein großes Licht , keine Nachttisch Lampen. So hatte man direkt immer nur das große Licht an! Aber kein Drama.

Good hotel on your way to Rome.

Beds are good and comfortable. Location is good. Pisa is 20 minutes drive. Good restaurant Leos 3 mins drive. Very friendly personnel. Breakfast included was OK. Nothing special could be more variety.

Bath canin is small tbh., No EV charging in the area. No smart TV. Only Italian channels. No big things, but still have to mention it.

A pleasant surprise after arriving in the car park

The location was great, easy parking, the staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was really good with lots of choices and quality items.

The Queen room was a bit small.

The front desk staff, the breakfast staff! Their warm vibe, friendliness. The breakfast also was so varied. Wonderful!

That little mosquito in my room at 2 am! Haha, my fault as I like to keep windows open sometimes.

A quick visit to Lucca

Staff was very professional, outgoing to customer requests and open to help out. Facilities are relatively new, of a good standard and kept very clean. Breakfast was nice, fresh and there was a lot to choose from.

The main road of Lucca in front of the hotel doesn't create the easiest pedestrian access to the hotel. But it could be worse.

Good and modern Hotel within a walking distance to Lucca

Good and modern Hotel, located at a walking distance (approximately 15 minutes) to Lucca's walls, through a calm streeet. Excellent parking lot, inside the hotel. Very good breakfast served in a pleasant room. Friendly check in and basic informations about the city.

Just outside the city walls, the hotel is at walking distance (15-20 min) from the centre. Clean room; good shower and shower box. Free-buffet breakfast with wide choice of food. Free private parking.

The room was rather contained, the mattress definitely too stiff.

It exceeded my expectations, good value for money, I would recommend it.

The staff was very responsive and friendly. Very convenient location for visiting the city - close to reach the old city by walking, free private parking. Excellent breakfast.
