Big home with lots of room for a big family, back deck has a great view with lots of chairs for everyone to sit around, gas fire pit. 8-10 minutes to Boone for shopping is convenient. The kids had a lot of fun with the ping pong table. Dining room area was a great table for 10 to play family games.

We really enjoyed the house. There was lots of great space for family. Beds were comfortable, lots of games for kids to play. The guest contact was very responsive for the needs we had. Some supplies were a little sparse, so you might want to check or bring extra if this is important (paper towels, cleaning cloths, foil or ziplocks, tissue, dishwasher pods, spices or cooking staples).

I had some friends surprise my husband for his 30th birthday here and it was wonderful! This house had plenty of space for a group of adults to hang out and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The neighborhood is delightful and quiet and if you walk far enough down the hill you can even pass some horses! My one comment would be to make sure you bring pantry staples if you plan on cooking at the house. There were plenty of glasses and cutlery but there only seemed to be a few small pots/pans which was may be limiting if you plan to cook a number of large meals. But otherwise we absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend this place!!

This house was just perfect for a gathering of my grown kids, grandchildren and another set of grandparents for a few days. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, the house was spotless, and we all had plenty of room everyone. The kids loved the bunk bed room, and all the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit for s'mores, and everyone had a relaxing time in the hot tub after a day skiing. We had quick responses to any questions we had for our guest contact. Thank you for a place to make some wonderful memories.

The property was a little smaller than the impression given in the photos but overall it was beautiful. We stayed with 14 plus a 4 yr old and were berated even though we left things very clean and orderly. We were told to call around noon to see if we could check in early and when I did the rental agent was very rude about it not being done. I called to ask for extra towels or a place in the house where there might be additional towels and was told to use the washer and dryer and that it was the owners fault that there were not anymore towels. Do not expect to he assisted if you need anything or have any questions. I will not rent the home again or with that agency again.
