location is in the middle of Santa Eularia - doors open up to the Beach which was clean, warm clear water, they had beach beds for W guests as well, pool area is good as is roof top, service is excellent - very friendly relaxed and professional. We had a suite with a huge bed / sofa shaped thing, you can tell that the quality of the materials like bedding, towels and even furniture is high quality. I guess you'd expect it at that price but, we've stayed at several 5* hotels in ibiza over last 10 years and id say that the W tops them, this includes ME , 7 Pines, and Mondrian.
nothing really, we did have a hire car which we used the hotel service to park for us, its 20 euro's per night. It wasnt a big thing but would have been nice if it were free to park.

It was a great stay. Comfy, clean, and welcoming staff. Fantastic breakfast !
My only problem with the room was that in the showers, there is no handle to close the door correctly so the floor gets wet. So someone (my friend) had to push it close from the outside.

clean , spotless , helpful staff, great location , beachfront and pools fabulous , eggs chef perfect . beautiful interiors and stylish quality furnishings . quiet soundproofed rooms and good beds , toiletries plentiful
breakfast was too busy , not enough staff at breakfast , buffet selection was limited .
no ambiance in the hotel . it’s a sensational interior with no life or soul there though which is a shame . bar was dead no atmosphere .

Staff were amazing. Food was great at Fire and Steps, as well as the breakfast. Used the gym and sauna which was good. Hotel was super clean and loved the room. Very cool place. Would've returned if not for the issue with being put in the wrong room with no reimbursement offered.
I was put in the wrong room on the first night and have been told I am not due a reimbursement. The first room was a Cosy King Room and I had booked a Fabulous King Room with Sea View and Balcony room. This has left me deeply disappointed in Booking.com and also W Ibiza as the error was not mine and I should be due a refund on the difference for the room. I was planning on booking to come back to the W at the end of the season, but will now look at other options.

They went out of their way to make us feel happy with my 3 year old twins! The man in breakfast was my favorite he always made breakfast so fun ! All the staff always a happy smile and a good attitude! Will come back

The rooms at WHotel are very clean en comfortable.
It was not mentioned that de roof swimmingpool ánd restaurant were closed during out stay. Also we booked an extra day because we had a late flight home, without using the beds and breakfast. They refused to compensate our not used breakfast with the one we had to pay for because of early check-in.

Stylish, comfortable and great location! the staff were truly exceptional. first time staying in a hotel in Ibiza as we were over for a wedding and it was perfect! you’re only a few mins from the beach, shops and restaurants of Santa Eulalia.

love the W we stayed in august 2022
the hot water was off so we couldn’t shower . we missed our table at favourite Restraunt . they tried to fix it . took 1 hour. my girlfriend was doing her make up in the bathroom and I opened the bathroom door . the roof tile fell in , luckily the tile was on a catch metal string otherwise it would have knocked her unconscious. very unfortunate scenario but ruined our stay :( staff were very apologetic though and we appreciated that

The property was well maintained and great location. The staff at the hotel is excellent, especially to those black travelers this place will not disappoint or discriminate.
I loved everything from the staff, food and location. The breakfast & dinner at Fire was excellent.
