Budget-friendly little beaut

Easy to find. Close to the bus and train. Close to town and an easy walk to the New Brigde, Old Bridge, clifftops, etc. A lovely woman welcomed us and gave us great information about how to get to the sights and good places to eat. We loved having a room with a balcony.

Occasionally we would smell cigarette smoke in our room, possibly wafting from a neighbour.

Located very centrally, helpful staff. They offered us another room which suit more to our needs.

Kettle or fridge in the room would be great but there is possibility to give it to the fridge close to reception.

Not as I expected.

Excellent location. Good firm bed. Reasonable price if the presentation was real.

This property is misrepresented (or at least misleading) on their website as shown on Booking.com. 1) Their first image is what looks like a simple but nice breakfast. Their image on their reply shows the same breakfast. When you come there you hear there is a breakfast available in a restaurant around the corner. Oh, but they do offer tea (microwave) and cookies. 2) I specifically reserved a room with a balcony, prominently featured. On arrival I heard that there are only three rooms with balcony and those were all reserved by others. Oh, but we do have a window. Yes, looks out on another wall. 3) Features "Private Parking". When you arrive, only then do you find out that it costs 11 EU per day, making the room 20% more expensive. Parking in Ronda is really challenging. 4) the room was very dated, not what I expected. Lavish use of caulking in the bathtub.

Understanding staff

My bag was stolen with all the document I had. I booked the room in advance via booking. When I came to the hotel the receptionist was willing to accept the police report instead of my passport. I don't know if they are allowed to do that, as all hotel require to see a guest's passport, but this hotel didn't show me the door, instead gave me my room.

Rather Dark Dated but

The hotel is close to the bus station and only a very short walk from the main sights and facilities of the town. The shower was unexpectedly powerful and hot. The room although a little 'compact'and 'dated' was scrupulously clean.

There's no bar, no restaurant and no breakfast option. There was no where to even get/make a coffee. I received an email -in Spanish- via booking.com telling me that reception was only open between 10:00:& 14:00 and to phone to make arrangement for access & keys. I phoned - very bad line, the hotel staff could only speak Spanish so I was unable to solve the reception/key issue. By What'sApp messaging &Google translate I established that reception was in fact open 24:hours. The hotel is rather "dark" all the corridors & common areas have the lights off all the time unless you physically turn them on via a "timer" switch as you go around.

Quiet and quaint little stay in Ronda, great value for your money and perfect if you are staying for just the weekend.

Bathroom was quite spacious and the property was pretty close to main shopping strip.

Something in the washroom kept dripping so there was constant dripping noise but wasn’t too bothersome.

Extremely good value

This hotel has everything you need: 1. two-way switch: you can turn off the light on your bed 2. hairdryer in the bathroom 3. desk and chair 4. wardrobe 5. extra blankets 6. lift etc… Good location (3 minute walk to bus station)

Budget but no bargain.

It was a short walk to sites. Bar nearby was a friendly & fun place to watch the soccer. It was a clean and largish room.

The hotel communication was very poor & misleading. There is no breakfast & no parking available. It apparently costs €11 & pre booking is required. I prepaid under the understanding there were no refunds. However on check out I am told to pay again because they had blocked my original payment without informing me. The room was noisy & the bed not very comfortable; we could hear people upstairs & air conditioners going all night! There were no coffee facilities anywhere in hotel- despite having a professional coffee machine in the Ex- breakfast area. Vending machine was empty, and no kettle in the room. If I’d known I hadn’t paid for both nights I’d have found another place for my second night.

Good location, clean accommodation.

The breakfast was bad. Another problem is that it says that English and Spanish are used in the accommodation. Also, they didn't answer on the questions I sent through booking platform. When I was leaving the accommodation, luckily there was a receptionist who knew English. So, out of three employees, only one speaks English and that's a problem. When I came, that man was not working and it was very difficult for me to communicate and get information.

An unforgettable stay, great value for money in an amazing town

What an amazing town! Staff extremely helpful, particularly in response to my query about restaurants/tapas bars in vicinity. Excellent location, an easy walk from RENFE station, very close to bus station, a short and pleasant walk to tourist attractions. Great value for money, especially with breakfast included.

(Not hotel's fault): a bit difficult to find at first, even with a street map.

Nice hotel just in the city center and near the bus station. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. It is possible to leave the luggage when you go for the whole day city tour.
