Agradable y tranquila.

La variedad en el buffet y el personal muy agradable. Las vistas de la habitación y el tamaño.

Las mesas en el comedor están muy juntas.

Volveré sin duda, un 10

Toda mi estancia fue perfecta, la habitación era una maravilla, yo tenía pensión completa y el buffet me sorprendió muchísimo, había una gran variedad de comidas y el personal estaba muy atento en todo momento, tanto los chicos que estaban en el buffet como los de recepción. Solicité varias cosillas extras en recepción y al minuto estaban ya en mi habitación, el trato exquisito haciendo la estancia muchísimo más perfecta. Sin duda volveré a repetir con ellos. Todo reformado y igual a las fotos.

Lo único que puedo decir es que tenia pensión completa de comidas pero las bebidas no estaban incluidas y no lo sabía.

Heel fijn hotel. Wel **** waard.

Het personeel in het restaurant en de keuken. Ze zorgen op allerlei manieren datje het naar je zin hebt. Als er iets niet lactosevrij was werd het voor je gemaakt.

La atención recibida por parte de todo el personal del hotel fue estupendo. Reservé el hotel para mi abuela junto con sus 2 hermanas y estuvieron encantadas durante toda la estancia. ¡Muchas gracias a todo el equipo del hotel!

UN GRAN HOTEL!!!

El trato extraordinario de los empleados, la variedad en el buffet tanto para desayunar, comer y cenar, la limpieza y el orden, la ubicación inmejorable, es un tres estrellas pero se merece cuatro.

En el cuarto de baño había un olor ligeramente desagradable, por lo demás todo impecable.

Went to Alumanacar to visit the independent school and area looking to relocate. Hotel staff are excellent and very help

Arrived to a lovely receptionist Laura who made us feel very welcome and left a very nice bottle of Cava and chocolates in our room with a welcome card 👍 Hotel is immaculately clean and bright.

Superb hotel, our 2nd stay here, we brought friends with us this time who were equally impressed. Love the location, the breakfast is so good, the staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are spotless, comfortable and have amazing views of the seafront. We loved sitting and chilling on the terrace in the sunshine overlooking the sea. Amazing for 3 stars!

It would have been nice if the blue bar had been open in the evenings, but it was too early in the season.

Really lovely stay will definitely go back.

The staff were fabulous. Really welcoming. Food very good and location excellent.

Tea making facilities would have been nice. Very awkward to reach soap dispenser while in the bath.

Superb

Very nice size room with a small balcony facing west for the afternoon sun and beautiful views. Very nice pool area with a heated pool. We had half board and enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet as well as the varied dinner buffet. Restaurant staff was busy, but all staff in the hotel were very nice and welcoming. We came in a rental car and had no trouble finding street parking next to the hotel (public street parking near the beach is free during the winter months.

Could hear the neighbours through the walls.

Hotel Helios was better than I expected. It was a really modern hotel and a great location. The food was excellent. The pool area and roof terrace was exceptional.

The evening entertainment, it was the same act on for 2 nights running.

Superb hotel with every facility and great location, and great value for money

Entrance reception area was spotless, well laid out, and parking just outside. The staff ...Alicia ... gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful with local information and suggestions. The spa wellness area is stunning ..and an outdoor heated pool too.

LOVED absolutely everything!!!
