I have to say all staff were very kind and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is plentiful.

The entire hotel needs a major uplift. Room smells from cigarettes to oily human odour. No amenties. Not even a toothbrush. Hotel is too old.

La comida muy variada, de muy buena calidad. El tamaño de la habitación es cómodo. El servicio de lavandería excelente. La ubicación es buena, teníamos muy cerca la estación de metro, museos, un centro comercial muy lindo y exclusivo a pocas cuadras.

Perfect hotel to stay in

Location was central - about a 10 minute very pleasant walk from the Bund. Staff were incredibly helpful. Our room was very spacious, super clean and well equipped. The breakfast was fantastic with such an amazing selection and all delicious

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. What truly stood out, however, was the breathtaking view from the hotel. Whether it was the city skyline or the iconic Tomorrow Square, every glance from my room was a feast for the eyes. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the vibrant city of Shanghai. Шикарный вид, комфорт за приемлемую цену

Рукой подать до people square , а там и набережная недалеко. Бассейн правда без сауны, это конечно минус. Но очень понравился номер представительский, его размер, по запросу принесли бритву и зубные щетки. Вечером можно поужинать вполне сытно и вкусно в представительском лаунже.

Top quality hotel. A great luxury hotel.

Fabulous view of the city. Excellent rooms. Across from an iconic park. Walking distance to subway and a nice mall. Friendly staff. English spoken at the desk. In New York, you'd pay twice the price for a room like this.

Takes quite a while to get down to the street via two different elevators, but that's a pretty picky thing to complain about.

I would have liked to understand better since the beginning where the gym/swimming pool etc., was. I thought this information wasn't really clear with all the changing elevator dynamics.
