Great location, lovely service. Would recommend.

Comfy bed, great location for visit circular quay and opera house.

We were disappointed when requesting extra pillows and a quilt via their “instant services” that we had to call back after 15 minutes and ask where it was and then when it came we didn’t get what we asked for.

Wanted to love it but ….

Reception staff were amazing. Location was great. Hotel lobby was beautiful.

There’s an overpowering smell of cologne sometimes - but I guess there are worse things you can smell on entry to concierge. Room service was a letdown 8 nights and all they did was keep making the bed no clean linens. I got lipgloss on the sheet on day 2 - still there on check out. We took a room and breakfast rate but still had a breakfast charge on check out. They refunded it but it shows little attention to detail.

all in all a nice hotel stay

Location and room was excellent. Close to trains and ferry. When I booked I wanted two single beds as two business men were traveling, but I was continually told that I might end up with a king size bed and had to persist to get what I wanted. But happy with the result.

The margarita at the bar was very ordinary. 5 out of ten. Being older and from out of town some instructions on the coffee machine would have been good and needed a light in the coffee cupboard.

Great location, lovely rooms.

Stayed for VIVID. Great drinks and view from the rooftop bar. Room was lovely and very comfortable. Location is terrific.

As it was the long weekend the bar and breakfast were very busy. Perhaps more staff on Sunday evening in the bar would have helped when the VIVID crowd returned.

One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, the choice was amazing. The location of the hotel a 3 minute walk from Circular Quay is perfect for a tourist to Sydney. The views of Sydney Harbour from the swimming pool are superb, it blew me away on the morning that we arrived and has remained as one of the most vivid memories from our recent holiday. We arrived at the hotel at 08:00 and our room wasn’t ready nor were we expecting it to be, we were given access to the pool showers to freshen up after travelling for 28 hours and our room was then available at 10:30, just amazing client focused service.

Speciality coffee ordering at breakfast was a bit slow but quality was excellent.

숙소가 깨끗함

숙박중에는 크게 불만 없었으나 체크인 선결제 하고나서 숙박이후 실제 사용비용만큼 환불해줘야하는데 환불을 해주지 않음. 카드 명세서도 이메일로 보내줬으나 답변이 없음. 무료조식임에도 불구하고 체크아웃이후에 비용이 임의로 결제됨. 상식적으로 허가없이 카드가 그렇게 마음대로 결제가 되는지 처음 알았음. 여튼 25만원정도의 비용을 돌려받지도 못하고 기분상한거 생각하면 다시는 숙박하비 않을듯함. 체크아웃시 비용 꼭 확인해주세요.

Get a King Club room if you can afford it!

The room was spacious and very comfortable and having access to the Club Lounge and Aster for breakfast was wonderful. Our room was quiet and the air conditioning worked perfectly through the heatwave we experienced Afternoon tea and evening canapés were very much appreciated. The location was perfect for us, as we could park our car and travel all over by light rail and train. The view from breakfast is world class. The staff were friendly and attentive, I could not be happier with the polite service they gave us.

This is not a bad reflection on the staff. We thought that there could have been more attention paid to the general cleaning of the hotel (ie hallways, the floors under tables in Aster at breakfast - probably messed up the night before when Aster becomes THE bar to visit.) Our room was serviced beautifully and perfectly clean. And again, not a bad reflection on the staff, Sunday morning breakfast in Aster was really busy and I felt sorry for the staff who worked so hard to service everyone but were overwhelmed and I think very much understaffed, this is an issue for Management. I would recommend the staff working here as they did their very best! First world problems ha ha!

sydney harbour bridge房型可以直接看到景色，夜晚很美麗，只可惜前方左右各有大樓遮住一些景色。

對於已經習慣數位消費，且自己國家保障不會被收額外的服務費，（澳洲）使用信用卡會額外收取1.5%的費用，退房時因排隊等候關係，後來由旁邊到服務人員直接收房卡並說明之後會再寄帳單到信箱，不久即收到銀行消費通知，很驚訝費用與訂房時不同，兩天過後才收到收據，得知額外的費用項目。

JUST PERFECT, A WONDERFUL HOTEL IN THE HEART OF SYDNEY

BEAUTIFUL ROOM ON HIGH FLOOR, THE VIEW WAS AMAZING ARRIVED EARLY, WERE OFFERED TO US THE HOTELS POOL AND CHANGING ROOMS SHOWER,TOILETERIES AND HAIR DYRERS TO USE OUR BAGS WERE STORED AND THEN DELIVERED TO OUR ROOM NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THE STAFF WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP IT WAS MY HUSBAND S BRITHDAY AND IN OUR ROOM WERE DRINKS AND A BIRTHDAY GREETING FOR HIM LITTLE TOUCHES LIKE THIS MADE OUR VISIT SO SPECIAL PERFECT STAFF PERFECT ROOM AND WONDERFUL STAY

not up to its usual standards and underwhelming considering trying somewhere else next time

I have been to the intercontinental a few times this year and was looking forward to my stay. The Guys that took our car on arrival were welcoming and great. Check in at the desk the reception was great. We stayed in city view and wasnt overwhelmed with the view or the room. I found the cleaniness wasnt up to its usual standards and walking through the corridors to our room on this floor there was white crumbs on the carpets outside the lift and walking along the corridor, I noticed it was like this the next day as well. We went to a show at the opera house and after we came back we stopped for a drink downstairs. The staff were slow to serve us and apeared to be uninterested.
