和酒店招聘的优秀员工相比，前台的芭芭拉女士，正因为她也许是家族式酒店继承者，更应该把家族的酒店用心经营，而不是在前台发泄情绪。对入住的客人吼到，“那你觉得我应该怎么办？”那是非常不礼貌的，有时这么好的一家酒店交给职业经理人也是个不错的选择

Heerlijk verblijf in Welness hotel.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de sauna en het zwembad. Het heerlijke ontbijt en diner.

Het geluid van buiten. Veel autoverkeer. Onze rolluiken werkten niet. Daardoor ook erg warm in de kamer. Het dekbed is voor de zomer te dik. Voor mij te warm.

It is a beautiful place and I would definitely stay there again for the beautiful views.

The hotel was beautiful. The grounds were amazing.

The front desk was not as helpful as they could have been and the waiters would run into the kitchen and disappear after they sat you.

We loved this hotel, despite the fact that service could be a little better.

beautiful grounds, nice outdoor pool, spa services, great breakfast in a lovely bright and airy room, walking distance to town center, restaurants and cable cars, rooms are large and very comfortable. The hotel is right on the road, but rooms are soundproof, it was really quiet.

Concierge service could be much better. We asked for restaurants suggestions and help with reservations and were told to Google and call ourselves. Any other hotel we stayed at in Italy would take a better care of us. Breakfast servers were hiding in the kitchen. There is a sign that the egg dishes can be ordered. The servers did not offer it even once and seamed like they were avoiding offering egg dishes as much as possible.

We will remember this part of our vacation forever thanks to this wonderful hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location with easy access to the bus cable cars and town center. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The food and meal plan were also excellent.

We loved everything about this property.

Exceptional property, great location, great food, bar, spa, gardens and pool!

The property is very beautiful, with every detail perfectly designed. Great location, just a short walk up the hill to the quaint village. Be sure and eat your meals at the hotel, as the dining is superb. The gardens are amazing, with lots of seating and beautiful flowers, a lovely pond and crystal clear heated pool. The property was designed with the guests comfort, enjoyment and love of beauty in mind. The owners are onsite and the people who work at Luna are very engaged and helpful. Don’t miss out on the Luna Spa, the facilities are top notch, the treatments are amazing and affordable. Also, the underground parking is perfect I would highly recommend this gem!

The rooms are really lovely, smaller than I would like, however they are nicely appointed, with beautiful details like coffered ceilings and beautiful wood doors. The shower was small and leaked and our room was a little noisy, as it was on the street. Be aware that there is no A/C, it was quite warm in July. Lastly, an iron or steamer in the room would be helpful. These negatives are absolutely not deal breakers, as the quality, beauty and attention to detail far outweigh any negative issues. I would absolutely stay here again.

Top Quality hotel in Ortisei, Val Gardena

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location 400m to Ortisei center. Private garage. Two swimming pools, one indoor. Fitness room. Room and bathroom very big, comfortable, clean and well maintained. There is great view to the mountains. The food is wonderful: great buffet breakfast and top quality dinner!

Beautiful spa stay in the mountains.

Nice location a short walk from town. Great spa facilities, 5 different saunas and steam rooms, warm outdoor pool with mountain views. We also paid for half-board and enjoyed onsite restaurant.

The half board option is of good value. Only 16€ per person per night. It includes salad bar and 4 courses dinner.

There is no air conditioning in the room. I have a west facing room. The room is very hot when we come back from a day long activity. We open the balcony door to let fresh air in and it takes a long time to cool down.

Excellent stay with fantastic service

The staff at the hotel were fantastic! They were very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend getting dinner at the hotel. Every course we had was delicious and exceeded our expectations. It felt like we were fine dining every day (and I am still thinking about the veal we had). The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a walk-in wardrobe, bath robes for visiting the sauna and pools, bathtub, a balcony facing the mountains, and a comfortable bed. The hotel has far exceeded my expectations.

We have no complaints at all.

Great value for money in terms of food....the half board is amazing value.....wine list is very good and reasonably priced. Restaurant staff are friendly/helpful and food choice is good. Nice spa and lovely garden! Location is on a quiet street but a nice walk to the town centre.
