Small little place location excellent

Location excellent host was quick to reply to any questions also the pick up And drop off was inc which was very convenient

Too many stairs - we had 4 flights and very steep nothing was mentioned in the description- if u are not very Mobile it’s not a good place to stay - the driver was driving quite fast and so most of the journey i had to keep my eyes closed was a bit crazy

Stanza molto piccola, bagno minuscolo, doccia a malapena poteva contenere una persona. Il condizionatore ha iniziato a perdere acqua sopra al letto. Televisione posta su uno scaffale non frontale al letto ma esattamente di fianco al comodino laterale (senza alcun senso, come se non ci fosse). Assenza di un ascensore, la camera è a 3 piani da terra con scale strettissime.

Good location as we were going to Favignana the next day and was walking distance to the port.

Our room was at the top of the building, 3-4 flights of stairs that were very narrow and no lift. So not a very accessible place to stay.

A room with a small kitchenet on the building top floor reached by about 60 stairs; near waterfront.

The building is located close to the waterfront, in a central location. The room has a kitchenet which is handy, and being at the top floor, it has access to the roof terrace. The room is fairly quiet in the evening.

The description in the Booking.com ad neglected to mention that the building has NO elevator. The room was on the top floor, requiring about 60 stairs to reach it ! The stair stringers have different lengths; one is exceptionally long (and high !) so descending there with a suitcase is particularly an unpleasant experience. Also, in one location, there isn't enough headroom in the stairwell, requiring to lower the head not to bump into the low landing above. This stair doesn't seem to be safe for public use and should be checked by the city appropriate authorities, to prevent accidents. Overall, it is disheartening that this property owners hide the truth from travelers when not disclosing the fact that the building has no elevator and rooftop rooms need climbing many stairs.

Perfect Stay.

Very welcoming stuff. Good location as nearby everything and main street. Highly appreciate early check possibility and transfer to and from airport, which was included in price.

Great location right in the old town area...

but the room didnt have toiletries like soap or shampoo which i needed and the wifi was not working

Exceptional

Free access to the room and a spacious terrace. The terrace is equipped with a seating set, including deckchairs. Very good location - close to the main street, the port and bus stops.

The only difficulty is bringing luggage to this level. Maybe it's worth thinking about a small lift for luggage as in B&B Il Vecchio Messina

Very central location and nice apartment, but with steep stairs

Very central, very close to the end stop for the bus to/from Palermo, to the port and to the cathedral. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and quiet. There was information about things to see and do in Trapani.

There were very many steep steps to my apartment, and no elevator. With my heavy suitcase (not easy to pack for three weeks in April!) it was heavy on the way up, and a bit scary on the way down. Although I had told them in advance my time of arrival they kept sending me several questions about this in the days prior to my arrival, which was a bit irritating. Welcome was ok, but not in the warm way I am used to in Sicily.

Location, room, terrace, and that the place is being run by experience.

The size of the shower cabin. ( I didn’t “not like” it, as I had no issues with it, but be aware, the stairs are steep. So don’t book it if you had mobility issues.

a very calm and comfy stay. perfect for a solo traveller who is out of the building a lot. but also a nice place to just

quiet, comfortable and situated right in the heart of the square (Garibaldi).

My Wi-Fi didn’t work, but I wasn’t that bothered as I have data abroad… I didn’t bother the staff by asking about this for that reason. But someone in future might need the Wi-Fi.

Very good

Perfect location in the heart of the city and near to the port, very helpful, responsive and flexible owner, transport to the airport included in price, spacious apartment, comfortable beds, hotel-like standard.

Air condition only in one room (bedroom) - no info about it in the description, it's hard to have low temperature in other rooms by very hot weather outside.

transfer to/from the airport is such a great option. Also localisation, the host speaks English and is willing to help.

only one AC for the whole apartment, No wine glasses or wine opener even though you can buy bottle of wine from the host. it gets loud outside in the center so be prepared for that.

Good place to visit.

Shuttle bus was brilliant, helped a lot and sped up time getting to hotel. Overall a good place to stay.

The only thing I did not like and this seems to apply to all hotels in Sicily is that no Tea and Coffee making facilities are on offer within the room. I can't remember if that applies to all of Italy.

1. The property is clean and within the city centre, 5 mins from the port to the ferries departing to the islands 2. The host is easy to reach and talk to (generally replies to messages in a timely manner) 3. The price is affordable
