Comfortable and welcoming hotel with good access to Dublin at a reasonable price.

Breakfast was good. Staff largely welcoming, friendly and helpful, particularly the reception and room service staff less so the breakfast staff. The room was good and clean. The location of the hotel is an excellent base for exploring Dublin and beyond.

Could use a mirror by a plug socket, only mirror in the bathroom. Hot water takes a long time to come through and toilet takes 2/3 times to flush properly. Building work outside window.

Lovely looking but needs work

Bright and airy reception beautiful

We stay in room 320, floorboards creak one especially creaks when someone walk past the room, heat on last night was unbearable with no way to adjust radiator, we weren’t the only guests who suffered this issue, this resulted in no sleep the the 2 of us.

Lovely hotel disappointing cooked breakfast.

Perfectly placed just on the edge of the center of Dublin a 5 min walk from the halfpenny bridge. Comfortable and warm.

As a chef of manys years experience The Irish cooked breakfast buffet was a disappointment. Oily undercooked hash browns, cold beans, hard and oily cold bacon which was bad enough. But what was worse was the chef spilled the whole pepper jar in the mushrooms making the inedible, unless you really really like pepper and the scrambled eggs had a blue green discolouration, from being cooked in aluminium pans. Truly unpleasant for such a lovely hotel.

clean comfortable but have breakfast somewhere else

Staff,the bar, comfortable bed,good bath/shower. value for money.

Room was a little chilly and no way to boost it. Breakfast was terrible,burnt bacon, scrambled eggs that looked like slop at the self serve buffet. My daughter who's has food allergies couldn't have anything worthwhile for breakfast either as the only gluten free thing on the buffet was macaroons,no bread,no gluten free cereal,cooked breakfast option either

Clean, good location, yet this was overshadowed by a noise-polluted room.

Was pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in early (approx. 12:00, check-in time is 14:00). The room was clean, every staff member we interacted with was friendly. Booked this hotel specifically due to its location, since a friend was staying nearby; the location as such was good, since tram and bus stops are nearby and it only takes 15mins to walk to the Temple Bar area. However, due to the hotel being located next to a police station, it is somewhat noisy outside the building at times.

The biggest issue was that we were allocated a room facing the train tracks. As another review mentioned, this meant that our sleep was disturbed significantly every night. Our room number was 303, so I would advise anyone to ask for a room which does not face this direction. I understand this is not an issue that the hotel could easily resolve, yet it may be possible to charge a different rate for these rooms.

Fantastic staff, great location just be prepared for some noise but it wouldn’t put us off staying there again.

Very central location. Staff were very attentive with great customer service.

A lot of noise at night due to being next to bus station, train line and tram line. Also squeaky floorboards in room above made it difficult to sleep. Pillows were too plump causing neck pain.

Avoid breakfast if you have dietary requirements

Perfect location for train station and 3 Arena. Clean rooms and very comfortable bed.

We were strongly encouraged to pay €15 each for a full Irish breakfast. They failed to explain that this didn't include any vegan options and very little vegetarian options. My sister asked if they had anything vegetarian as she sat with half a fried tomato and some very fried mushrooms on her plate and they said sorry only that or some scrambled egg. If she was vegan she couldn't have eaten anything. This definitely needs looked in to.

All in all it was a good experience except for tiny details and i would definitely come again!!

The hotel is nice and very central. The room had everything it needed and the breakfast we could add was super tasty. Also all the employees were lovely and attentive

With the hotel being central of course it’s quite loud outside, didn’t love that but of course it’s not the hotels fault. The room didn’t seem as modern and could’ve used a new coat of paint but thats just a little extra touch. Also the shower was a bit weird, because you could only get warm water if the shower pressure was at 100% so thats unusual

Príjemný zážitok, pomer cena kvalita ok, na krátky pobyt dostačujúce

Dobrá lokalita, pešo do centra za 10-15min. Personál bol úžasne milý a ochotný. Raňajky dostačujúce. Bar patriaci k hotelu nás milo prekvapil.

Nábytok na izbách bol starší a extrémne mäkké matrace. Posledný deň sme poprosili personál, či nám vedia zabaliť na druhý deň ráno raňajky so sebou, keďže sme mali skorý ranný let a raňajky zaplatené. Recepčný bol síce veľmi ochotný, ale ráno nás sklamal obsah balíčkov, dve jablká, pomaranč a krabičkový džús. Čakali sme za tie peniaze trošku viac.

Excellent

Great location, a wee bit noisy at night but settles down shortly after midnight, which is to be expected with its fantastic location. Food was very good and you won’t be hungry after breakfast. Staff were lovely and helpful. A big shout out to Julian, who went above and beyond to help us at short notice. Problem solved with a smile . It was our first visit but definitely will not be our last. It’s only a couple of minutes walk at most from Connolly station and across the road from bus Éireann. Looking forward to our next visit

Mediocre

I asked about the parking discount and they gave me a discount ticket but didn’t inform me what parking lot it was for and I showed them my ticket. Didn’t have time in the morning to go back and change it. There was no towels in the room. I had to go to reception to request them.

Boa localização para desfrutar da cidade

A localização no centro da cidade e perto da estação de comboio foram o ponto forte. Contudo o staf também foi amável e o hotel é confortável.

Não percebo a diferença de preço entre a noite de 3feira para 4feira e a noite de 6feira para sábado.. o mesmo quarto com as mesmas condições passou de 88€ (quarto twin) para 210€ (quarto twin).

A Night By The Train Station

It was central, luas nearby

Trains line, could hear trains late at night. Glad I was out for good part of evening as trains were still running after midnight. Bit tight on tea and milk, could have done with more milk pods

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

La struttura seppur datata è mantenuta bene. Vicinissimo al centro, con fermate di tram e bus proprio all'uscita dell'albergo. A due minuti a piedi fermata del bus per l'aeroporto .I letti molto comodi e la stanza molto pulita con la possibilità per chi vuole di stirare qualche indumento (in camera c'è asse e ferro da stiro)La colazione varia ed abbondante. La gentilezza dello staff

Unico suggerimento, dotare i bagni di dispenser di sapone per corpo e shampoo anziché le piccole boccette usa e getta

Absolutely fabulous, would highly recommend, did not disappoint.

Perfect location, room was stunning, the staff were amazing and so friendly, would definitely recommend. The manager Robert went above and beyond. It was my husbands birthday and they couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you.

The only thing we would say is the shower, the shower is a bit pathetic.

Good place

Great location, city centre in the walking distance or you can catch a bus or tram just next to the hotel. Plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants, and takeaways around. Welcoming and friendly staff. The room was comfortable with a big bathroom.

A/c was out of order - we did not expect the weather to be that hot, and it would be nice to have it in working order, but it was not a really huge problem. Train tracks next to the room window - pretty noisy even in the middle of the night.

Having to carry heavy suitcases up and down stairs as no lift available to our room, internet in our room was dodgy, shower ran cold after 10 mins.

Weird that had to stick card in for power. Was not explained. Be careful of the warming rods in the bathroom. There was no warning what they were and how hot they got.
