Luxurious Tropical Living Vacation Home.

Location: Indian Creek, Kissimmee, Central-Disney, Orlando Area, Florida, USA
(Just 3 Miles to Disney World, 25 miles from Orlando International Airport.)

Accommodations: House, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths (Sleeps 8)

Orlando Tropical Villa is a tastefully decorated, elegant tropical easy living home, located in the family friendly neighborhood of Indian Creek, Kissimmee. This outstanding vacation home is located within 3 miles of Disney Properties.

Our sensational 1800 square foot home has 2 Master Suites plus 2 additional bedrooms, making it an ideal setting for 2 families or an extended family vacation. One Master Suite has a King bed and a private bath with access to the pool area through beautiful French Doors.

The Second Master Suite has a Queen bed with its own private bath. The other two well sized bdrms each have twin beds and share a full bath.

The bright and airy gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal to serve in your formal dining room. The spacious and comfortable living room is equipped with a SMART TV (including NETFLIX) so that you can relax & chill out after your day of touring or visiting the multitude of world renowned attractions and recreational venues located in the Orlando area.

From the living room you can access the covered Lanai through French doors and retreat to your idyllic oasis. Enjoy the private heated pool and spa (heating is an additional fee, see below), while sipping drinks and eating hot dogs and hamburgers prepared on your gas BBQ. (Free of charge) Lanai furniture includes a dining table with six chairs plus 3 chaise lounges to view magnificent Florida sunsets.

Tropical villa is the ideal vacation destination whether you wish to entertain and amuse your family members, or simply relax and bask in the Florida sunshine.

• Free high speed internet access plus extended cable channels & Netflix
• All pool access doors have child safety alarms, and pool has child safety fencing.
• Separate laundry room with a large washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
• Indoor game room with regulation size slate pool table by Brunswick and a foosball table.
For additional safety, there are some cameras around our house but none of them are pointing to private areas such as pool or lanai to protect guests privacy.
Pool and Spa Heating is optional. Pool and Spa Heating is an additional fee of $25 per night plus taxes. Spa Heating only is $15 per night plus taxes. Pool Heating is recommended from October to April.

This house was everything we could have wanted. Clean, well stocked with all basic items, nice pool and spa and close to the Disney properties.

The property was exactly like the pictures, plenty of room for my family, lots of supplies to eat in and close to everything. The HUGE downfall was the pool. Everyone was excited to have their own private pool, it was great for the first few days, until the algae started growing and the bugs settled in. I contacted the owner, the skimmer was broken, they had a new one sent, I also let her know about the pool. The pool guy was supposed to show up mid day on Wednesday, he didn’t show until 7 pm onThursday and left within 10 minutes. The pool really affected this rating. The first picture you see is of the pool and yet it was the worst part in the end of the trip.

We stayed here in June with our adult kids for a Universal Studio weekend trip. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we could have wanted and more. The neighborhood was great! The only thing I would have done differently is pay for the hot tub to be heated.

Sylvie’s place was pretty well appointed for our family’s vacation to Disney! Our teens loved the game room, and everyone had their own space, which was great. Our host was responsive when we had some confusion with the garbage pick up schedule, so that was great. Will definitely recommend to friends!

This is our second time staying at this property. Our first stay was in 2021 for our first wedding anniversary. Our second stay was to host a milestone birthday celebration! The home is very clean, spacious, and accommodated all of our needs. The host is responsive. The location is perfect as it is only about 15 minutes from Disney. We will stay here again the next time we are in Orlando!

We were in town for a week for our son’s tennis tournament and this was an excellent home for us. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen Had many dishes and utensils we needed. The grill was also very nice.

We came to Orlando for Christmas Vacation. The house and all that it offers helped to ensure our vacay was a success! The property owner was very helpful and prompt to respond. Upon arrival the house was very clean. All of the details are listed for you in a binder in the house. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and about the owner! To put it into perspective, while unpacking when I returned home to Canada I pulled out a shirt that I hadn’t had time to launder and it smelled like this place, our home away from home and I cried. The fresh clean scent of the home with a hint of pool water smell is something I didn’t know I would miss. My family cried as we pulled out of the driveway on our last day after check out. The owner is the absolute best host. It had everything you could ever need or want and more! I cannot wait to go back. You be silly to stay anywhere else.

The house was a huge house and in a great location to restaurants and Wal-Mart. We were so close to the highways and the theme parks. We were so busy throughout our stay that we only used the pool maybe 2x but it was nice to have it available. The contact available with the host was great as well.

Sylvie’s villa was an absolutely wonderful place for our family of six to spend our vacation! The home itself is exactly as described; clean, spacious, and comfortable. We spent long days at Disney, the beach, and Sea World and we all loved coming “home” to recharge. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay! We will be back ♥️.

Beautiful spot for our vacation. It accommodated all our needs. Swimming for all, games room for the big “kids” and safety features for the little ones.Excellent location for Disney as well as other parks such as Peppa World and Gatorland. Loved our 3 weeks stay at this lovely Villa.

It was the perfect place to come home to after long days at the parks. Family friendly, even more amenities than listed that really helped during our stay like extra fans and a double stroller. Lots of blankets and pillows were a plus too!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The location was convenient for our Disney World Park days. The home was comfortable and well stocked with kitchen utensils/appliances. I really appreciate the ability to text with the owner, who was very responsive. Text was more reliable than e-mail for our communication. We were totally blown away with this rental! This was our first time renting a vacation home for our trip to Disney and we were not disappointed!! We stayed 8 nights, there is so much space, extremely clean, and the pool and hot tub were icing on the cake! We loved it and will definitely return, hopefully for an even longer stay next time!
