Baja relación calidad precio.

La ubicación.

La limpieza era mediocre. El segundo día tuvimos que pedir que la hicieran. Solo cambiaron las toallas pero no limpiaron. En el baño de la habitación 346 el inodoro estaba en un cuarto aparte separado del lavatorio y ducha. A nosotros no nos resultó cómodo. No había percheros para toallas como aparece en las fotos. En el desayuno la reposición era escasa.

Hotel bien placé convenant bien pour 1 ou 2 nuitées

Chambre fonctionnelle et confortable Excellente situation près du centre-ville, avec parking aisé sur la place.

Bruit toute la soirée (--> 23h au moins) à cause du restaurant en dessous (même avec fenêtres fermées) Pas de panneau de douche (inondation si on ne fait pas attention en utilisant la douchette)

Lage sehr zentral , Zimmer sauber und gepflegt, zum Teil mit wunderbaren Blick in die Landschaft

Die abendlichen Gastronomie! Die Speisekarte und Qualität des Essens ziemlich dürftig, daher nur einmal im Hotel gegessen!

Un peu décevant

Déco Design, taille de la chambre, confort de la literie, propreté de la chambre. Personnel souriant. Emplacement entre la gare et le centre ville.

Chambre très très sombre dès la tombée de la nuit : manque vraiment de luminaires. Restaurant de l'hôtel UNIQUEMENT sur réservation : pas d'info sur ce sujet en amont : n'avons pas pu y manger (à 19h30) et avons dû ressortir en ville où tout était fermé (à 20h) sauf un kebab !!! TRES DECEVANT surtout par rapport au menu proposé par l'hôtel... Chambre au premier étage au dessus du restaurant, très bruyant dès 7h du matin (chaises qui raclent le sol)

Nice hotel

Everything was perfect - from the delicious breakfast to the comfortable bed. The hotel room furniture little bit old but it’s okay. The hotel offers convenient car parking right in front. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Strasbourg and Colmar, as this hotel conveniently situated between both cities.

The room is nice, good light and bed

the hot water is available in the morning and early at night, at least in the summer. If you come back after a day at Europa Park (around 11pm, last attractions close at 9 and then it's better to have dinner there or you will found everything closed in the city), you cannot have a proper shower until the day after, in the morning. If you arrive at 5 in the afternoon, you cannot have a shower.

Nice and clean hotel, close to the centre and a good base point for Alsace. There is free parking just across the hotel. The breakfast was nice with great variety!

Heating uncomfortably high

Nice looking hotel on the inside and comfortable beds. Nice entourage in the bar. In walking distance from plenty of restaurants. Ample parking in front which is free from 1700 saturday and whole sunday.

We had two rooms. One room with a very small bathroom and toilet, and one with a good size bathroom. Both rooms were very hot and it was not possible to change the settings on the thermostat. The street was too noisy to open a window at night. Breakfast buffet didn't have scrambled eggs and the water level to boil eggs was too low and unnoticed by the employee.

I will stay here again only because of walking distance to the chess centre I need to go 4 times/day

Location. The young girl who did our check in and check out was very sweet and kind. It made the process smooth and painless.

The room we got was extremely tiny, so I paid more for a bigger room. That was satisfactory however it had not been cleaned well. There was a lot of dust. Housekeeping was rude and made it look like a favour to clean the room even at 4 pm in the afternoon. One senior aged lady with short hair and spectacles, who worked at the desk refused to help me request the kitchen to use the microwave for 3 minutes to heat up food for my 8 year old children. She was rude and discourteous.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of options to choose from. The hotel had a cozy interior design.

The interior design of the room did not match that of the common areas. The room smelled odd and the air conditioning was quite noisy.

One night stay in Selestat, room from the past.

The price was good and we got free parking in front of the hotel. The room was nicely sized and had big windows. The AC was helpful during the heat wave. Nuxe products in the bathroom.

Old room, not as shown on any pictures. The bathroom was also old and the shower was dark and had low pressure. The toilets were separated from the bathroom and it seems like there were a lot of unnecessary doors that collide into each other. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and gave me back pain. The AC thermostat was somehow in Fahrenheit.
