Todo estuvo excelente, salvo esos dos detalles del desayuno.

Excelente el restaurante del hotel, con mucha calidad de la comida y excelente relación precio- calidad. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas

En el desayuno no había expuesto huevos revueltos, había que solicitarlos y nos enteramos de casualidad el 2 día. Lo mismo ocurrió con la fruta.

Excelente café da manhã. Excelente localização. Garagem ampla e segura. Restaurante do hotel é uma ótima opção para o jantar. Quartos confortáveis e espaçosos.

Es aceptable. Se puede ir pero sugiero preguntar bien todo antes de cualquier servicio o pago.

El hotel es lindo, lo mejor es el restaurant que es excelente.

A la hora del check out me dijeron que debía X plata y cuando le pedí que me desglose el monto, me enteré dos cosas: 1) que me cobraban el estacionamiento. cuando pedí la cochera no solo no me avisaron sino que me dijeron que iban a ver si me conseguían una para la noche (eran las 5pm), más tarde tuve que preguntar si finalmente me la daban y después de darme vueltas me dieron la cochera a las 9pm. Todo sin avisarme que tenía cargo. 2) según booking se pagaba todo en el check out pero como era semana santa el hotel me pidió que adelante el pago de una noche, dos semanas previo al check in. Lo adelanté, y luego en el check out me quisieron actualizar el precio de lo que ya había pagado! Una locura, claramente cuando pagué congele el precio, y encima la chica de recepción me hablaba mal diciéndome que igual la diferencia era poca. Por suerte había alguien de administración ahí con mucha más coherencia que le explicó a la chica que yo no tenía que pagar eso. Me enteré todo esto por preguntar cómo estaba compuesto el monto total que “debía”. Así que si paran en este hotel, sugiero preguntar TODO.

Very helpful staff, good location

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They let me store a bag there for 3 days before my stay, while I went on a short trip, and they let me check out late the day I left, because I arrived late in the evening and had a taxi to the airport at 12pm. They also arranged the taxi for me and gave me a quiet room away from the road, per my request.

Amazing stay, very comfy.

awesome location. The hotel got a Spanish-like ambient. It has a very good ranked restaurant in the facilities, food was excellent. the rooms are big enough, comfortable beds. super staff attention.

The elevators, terribly slow. Could be improved. breakfast could have some more options like scramble eggs.

Room was super comfortable, with a nice view, and very clean. The staff were very helpful.

The gym and pool are very basic. The breakfast is typical Argentinian with lots of pastries and cakes but very little fruit and nothing hot.

not the most clean hotel is very old. old 4 stars that should loose their stars with time asked for breakfast to go because we didn’t have time. reception said of course yes, then at the breakfast they said the hotel didn’t allow it as a “policy”…

Pleasant

The room was big and the breakfast (buffet) was plentiful. I also found several gluten free products (yogurt, dulce de leche, jam, cheese, eggs) and the staff tried to offer me gluten free biscuits and crackers (not so good actually, but I appreciated the effort).

The hotel as well as the room were old-fashioned and in need of renovation. The wi-fi did not work well. Taking everything into account, the price was too high.
