Well priced , centrally located with fantastic city & harbour views

Property had great views over Airlie Beach harbour & was only 250m from the heart of Airlie Beach.

Journey to our hotel required a steep’s climb up Avery large hill the last 200m.

Very central, lovely views, would stay again

Great room, overlooking the water from the balcony and the bedroom, Nice big kitchen and bathroom all tidy. We walked everywhere to the main area of town, all super close. Receptionist was lovely as well and gave us some dinner reservations.

There is a very steep long hill to get to this hotel that you need to go down to get to town, it didn't bother us too much but if you're not fit to walk at a high intensity keep in mind that you will need to get taxis each time.

The perfect getaway

The property was beautiful! So close to the main town and had the best views. Our room was perfect! Such a great size, clean, spacious and private.

A Piece of Paradise

Wow! Soon as we walked into our room I just couldn't get words for the incredible view from our living room and the bonus was we had a great / perfect view of the beautiful infinity pool. I was really happy and enjoyed our room.

Only one thing, in the main entry / foyer area isn't any toilets / neither at the pool area. I think it would be great to have a toilets and shower around the pool area and a toilet in the foyer where the guests arrive and wait until they get their rooms.

Wonderful stay - would go there again with no hesitation.

Amazing views and fabulous infinity pool. Walkable distance to the town and port .Staff was super helpful.

Location was good but there is a steep hill to climb on the way back .

We were pleasantly surprised by the experience of staying at Martinique

Spacious rooms, fantastic view, great pool.

We booked through Booking.com and they didn't tell us that reception would be closed when when we arrived at the stated check in time. We didn't receive the email containing the entry instructions until after arrival. WiFi was very poor, weak signal and disconnected at random.

Lovely Pool, great view The room was clean and the balcony was great. Receptionist was very helpful.

Better Wifi Pool area needs attention, sun loungers are tired and the area around the pool is not very clean.

The view from this property is outstanding. We stayed in unit 6, a corner unit with a lovely balcony. The hostess is very accommodating and assisted us throughout the stay. We had a lovely vacation.

We booked the Martinique for a two night stay and our expectations were exceeded - so much that if we'd had the time, we would have stayed longer. Sanja welcomed us upon arrival and made us feel comfortable right away. Our apartment had an amazing view out to the ocean and everything was clean and in great condition. The apartment has everything one could possibly ask for. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and will return in the future.

Whilst Martinique is an older property the unit we stayed in ( no 14) was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The view is simply a 5 star feature...but you see it from the pool, your room and even in the lift! The uphill walk from town was tough on a hot day but simple enough to grab a $5 cab if you didnt want the exercise. Airlie town is a 5 min walk down the hill. Great from getting dinner, shop at Woolies or access tours. Our fav walk was about 10 mins across to Boathaven beach which we often had all to ourselves in the morning. Sonya and Zac manage the property and they are such beautiful helpful people. Nothing was too hard for them and they genuinely wanted to make our holiday wonderful.

If we had to find any area of improvement it would be Martinque finding a way to improve the internet access for guests. Out near pool there was some..but not really in our room. I know management are well aware of this and are looking at solutions. But why be on the internet when you have that view? 😊
