Rooms are spacious but don’t expect a 5 star hotel standard

We booked the two bedroom suite. The room itself was nice and spacious. The location js good and only a 5 mins walk to a cable car station on the blue line.,

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel by any standard. The staff who checked us in had no smile on his face. No one helped with luggage or anything. There was only one person at the reception. So no greeting and service at all. For a two bedroom apartment, 4 of us stayed there. Only 1 small bottle of water was provided, which was a joke for a ‘5 star’ hotel. The breakfast was very mediocre for a ‘5 star’ hotel. There wasn’t much options at all. On check out, same thing happened, one person at reception, you are pretty much on your own.

Un buen hotel bien ubicado, notable, aunque tampoco para 5 estrellas.

Es un buen hotel muy bien ubicado, si es que en La Paz puede haber una buena ubicación, teniendo en cuenta las subidas y bajadas de la ciudad, jaja. Habitación amplia y buen servicio.

El hecho de que fuéramos dos chicos creo que generó ciertos prejuicios en el personal. Disimulado, pero estas cosas se notan. Es un buen Hotel, pero no lo consideramos 5 estrellas.

Ok stay. Not worth the price premium

Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is good.

Property is old and the age shows. Staff is unenthusiastic or maybe that was just towards me. At check out they tried to charge me something for the minibar. They insisted I had taken something and relented after I raised my voice to drive my point. I booked airport transfer since I was arriving very early. They quoted 20USD which i though was high but ok. My flight was infact 35 mins early and yet they charged my 3USD more because as per them the driver waited 1hr extra!! These just left a sour taste in my mouth!

Ritz Apartments

I was told at reception on arrival thst I had been given an upgrade...maybe through booking.com because I'm a good customer.....well I walked into a very nice huge apartment- 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitcken with adequate bathroom (why they can't use a mixer tap on shower?) but no coffee or tea making facilities. The big apartment was nice but for a solo?? and no tea or coffee - I know I'm being pedantic.One nice bedroom and bathroom with good tv facilities for english and spanish?? Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast great and location not bad - plenty of good restuarants around (even for vegan/vegetarian) and great supermarket over the square - also easy access to blanco/celeste linea of the Mi Teleferico cable car network at Del Poeta estacion.....its fantastico

Took a while to get shower to right temp with taps, no applications on tv ie no utube/Netflix etc - just dozens of spanish channels but found bbc world news and journeys in english - I like utube in the evening as a foreign travelker and you can sign in accordingly.....my spanish is improving but utube is great for watching things in your own language. The great upgrade view was a school playground and huge water containers. The WiFi is terrible - in and out...thankfully I had my esim holafly and lastly I had to pull the bed out because it was hitting on the plugs and bedside lights were going on and off......ah well.

Very cooperative management.

We asked the hotel to keep our luggage in storage for a whole day, and they gladly accepted. Not all hotels are so cooperative. I really appreciated.

Overall, I would not stay again as it definitely not a 4/5 star hotel or provides great value for your buck.

The room is very spacious and hotel location is great

The attitude of the night staff was dismissive and unhelpful. The breakfast spread was really poor - it offered what 2 star hotels offer. They had placed one 330ml of complimentary water. Overall very limited value for the price they charge and it being 4/5 star hotel

Excellent stay for our first time in Bolivia

Located in a nice neighborhood and close to a big mall and other restaurants/bars and cafes. The check-in and out process was easy. There is an option to book with the hotel for a Taxi transfer from the airport, which was great especially when we were all tired from a very long travel time with an arrival time after midnight. The driver will be waiting for you with your name on a sign. The price was very reasonable charging per taxi, not per person. Our room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and closet space was plentiful. Shower pressure and temperature control were great. Breakfast had a good variety of selection, and if you are particular with your coffee, they have a nice coffee shop connected to the front lobby where you can buy your specialty coffee. I also appreciate the fact that their receptionist was bilingual (Spanish/English). All the receptionist we encountered havr been accommodating to our needs. Also, there is a self-service laundry machine in the hotel. At the time of our stay, it was $5 per load with the washer and dryer separately charged. We did see some laundry service within walking distance but this option was convenient and if shared with your group, then it is even more economical. Most importantly, they are equipped with an oxygen tank in case you ever need it for altitude sickness. One of my travel buds needed it the very first day we arrived. It was pretty scary.

Nothing much to note except a bit of traffic noise from the streets across the hotel.

Comfortable and spacious in a great location with great service.

Comfortable apartment hotel in a great location downtown, 400 m from a cable car station. The apartment was spacious and clean. There was a self service laundry in the hotel which we used and worked well. The front desk staff, Lia Mayra and Rafael Sossa, were exceptionally helpful assisting us with cable cars, laundry and travel arrangements. Restaurant downstairs could use more atmosphere and greater menu selection. Breakfast was adequate, limited food selection.

Excellent in every way!

Excellent breakfast and the Suite was big and spacious. Room service was excellent and the staff in the hotel were all so graceful and helpful in every way! We loved our stay in this beautiful hotel!

Breakfast very poor and little to no options for vegans. They always offer the same things which are the cheapest. Gym is inside a mall and is inconvenient to walk to since it takes around 10 min… be aware is not inside the hotel.

Location great, attention to detail excellent. Business centre excellent. Breakfast good and great value.

Not essential but for a family of 4, 2 bathrooms would be good. Or at least an additional half bathroom. Microwaves in the kitchens would be good.
