Debería costar menos dadas las condiciones del hotel y el servicio

Me gustó que había tres piscinas y un tobogán. La habitación la aseaban diario y te prestan loza para cocinar

La señorita que está en la recepción la mañana no te atiende amablemente y no explica sobre los servicios a los que tienes derecho. Además yo había reservado una habitación con doble vista a la alberca y me habían dado una con vista a una pared y no servía el baño. Me cambiaron a una habitación como la que reservé. El hotel està descuidado, las sábanas y las toallas ya están viejas y percudidas. El refri estaba oxidado. Llevábamos nuestro carro y los últimos tres dias ya no teníamos lugar en el estacionamiento y querían que dejáramos a fuera el carro.

No vale lo que cuesta

tiene variedad de albercas y así no se satura una sola. Hay un minisuper adentro con precios accesibles, tienen buenas vistas desde arriba.

En recepción no hay atención de calidad, las albercas principales se perciben sucias, hasta el agua está como lechosa ya no transparente. La habitación era muy chiquita, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, al hacer check in nos dijeron que no había lugar en el estacionamiento y que el carro lo dejáramos en la calle.

Pasable

Tiene muchas amenidades, desde 4 albercas y un tobogán gigante que está increíble. Asimismo tiene servicio de restaurante, minisuper. Después del huracán está en buenas condiciones.

La distancia y que está muy lejos. Si traes auto es fácil, pero si no tienes que caminar mucho para llegar a alguna playa o para tomar transporte. No cuenta con playa privada a raíz del huracán pero está en buen estado. Es un hotel enorme por lo que tienes que caminar mucho ya que solo hay una entrada. Sirve la estufa pero no tiene trastes , si la quieres usar debes de comprarlo. El aire acondicionado está un poco ya viejo y hace ruido La llave de la habitación de traba a cada rato y debes de cuidar que no esté cerca de tu celular o se desactiva y tienes que ir a qué la reactiven a recepción.

No había acceso al tobogán ni a la playa privada, en la habitación no había shampoo ni crema y la TV no tiene cable

Una estancia agradable

las albercas, las zonas comunes, hay limpieza, en gral cuidado, el estacionamiento es bastante grande y seguro, en gral bien.

Se que por el motivo de Otis, están todos los hoteles dañados pero pienso le falta más mantenimiento a las habitaciones los baños estan sucios de falta de mantenimiento, etc. espero que pronto esten otra vez al 100%

Won't stay again even if it is free

The price and the staff from reception, that's it.

The pools had excessive chlorine in them, my girlfriend's hair turned green, she had chrome attached to her hair and had to shave her head due to the ridiculous amount of chemicals that stuck from the pool. The staff was awful since we arrived, the doorman was in a bad mood, the lady that delivered the towels was rude, overall it was a really bad experience, I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free.

Stay away!

The pools.

This hotel is very dirty. We found cockroaches in our rooms. The hotel towels were ripped to shreds and unusable. The bathroom was filthy as well. This hotel is not on the beach nor is it close to places to eat.

Good potential, but bad management

Free pools and tagada, big rooms and a kitchen. Warm water, I guess, and a minimarket inside.

Slow and unstable wifi, dirty pools, mexicans listening to music till late in the pools, a bad position. If you don't wanna walk a lot to see the good parts of Acapulco, this isn't for you folks. It's like in the suburbs, so watch out. And, it's not possible to give only a pan and a pot, for three people.

Very clean

Even though facilities aren’t very new, rooms get cleaned and washed every day. Safe place to stay. Staff is very helpful, although you will need at least basic spanish knowledge or translator on the phone to get around.
