the pool, the view.

the reception staff when we arrived was very cold and rude. they were going to give me a room in the backside when I actually booked a room pool facing. the lied to me saying there was no room available then the manager came and said just give them a room pool facing and he did. but the rooms and amenities are not 5 star quality good for 4 star. the staff at the car parking area is excellent.

Very nice place for a holiday

A very Nice place for a holiday. good spacious rooms and very nice food. The staff are all very nice and sweet and make you feel at home. Had some great talks with severs of the staff 🙏 If something bothers you it is changed at once. We were there in off season and there were not many tourists, so we got special treatment all the way through our stay. The director of the hotel came personally and said goodbye when we left after 7 days and we had a farewell gift. can warmly recommend this place. the hotel is close to Arpora, a nice little village with good restaurants too , so the location is perfect too..

The receptionist Miss Tocsum, and restaurant Mr. Francisco , both are 7 star , always there to help and with prompt solutions , especially Miss Tocsum , whenever we needed something, she was there’ with quick and prompt response

cleaning and maintenance very poor , when we check in , we took 8 rooms , rooms was very dirty , toilets as well, pillows with hairs , some with them water infiltration, so was smelling really bad

Restaurant staff and concierge staff were polite.

room is not as advertised on booking.com. Unhelpfull front office duty manager. will never return to the hotel. Charges are too high for the room they provide.

Room was upgraded when we initially complained about mosquitoes. Great pool.

Not meeting expectations of a 5* hotel. Initial room had mosquitoes waiting outside that flew in whenever the door was opened. Internet did not work for majority of the stay. Bathroom was dirty, including pee marks on toilet. There was a discrepancy in service between staff, who did not always communicate with each other.

would have chosen some other place if knew that there was big event, food was good , hotel was clean , staff was helpful

Request for little more friendly check in staff the GM incharge at the time was helpful

Due to big group events , the property shall mention that they have a big event , coz that breaks the privacy of other hotel guests

Huge room, good amenities, great staff memebers. Reception didn’t help ingetting a room better view

Breakfast was good.

We wanted better view from our balcony but got green curtains blocking view. We contacted reception about it but they said “we will contact you when we find it” but we never heard anything from them.

i paid more money for cheaper room and i need my money back

property was good but i didnt get what i paid for and no compensation as well

i booked the ultra luxury suite but they didnt gave me the suite , they gave me the room. And they were saying if i didnt like the room, you can go somewhere else. i just had marriage and i went for honeymoon and at i reached resort around 8 o clock. they were saying we cant give u the room u have booked , u can go somewhere else. I have uploaded the pictures of room they gave me and you guys can see my booking. what i have booked.

Did not expected the cheap move by Resort Rio

The actual property was good. But Resort Rio was booked for PSL league and the made us to stay in Rio convention

The 5 star hotel which is barely a hotel

The pool was nice

No room service, exceptional delays in in room dining, too many mosquitoes. The hotel was under construction and workers could stare into the room. Are you kidding me with that?

The spa staff is pathetic, they made me wait for 50 minutes each day and ended up with saying it's closed for the day, when asked they say they were busy with guest. What the?

Not worth the money at all.

The room was not made at all. The bedsheets were dirty, the bedding was kept inside the cupboard. We had to do it ourselves. Highly unprofessional behaviour. There are better places available for lesser prices in the same area.

There was no room service available. We tried multiple times and the line was always engaged. We had to call the reception number given on Google and even then our in room orders were taken after 5 tries. It was so annoying and not something you'd expect from a high rated resort

No proper response from staff. Tv didn't work for 3 days. Mini fridge provided after lot of request. Not able to connect on any room service number
