A very enjoyable stay.

Everything was just perfect. The room was a good size, clean and a king size very comfortable bed. The ensuite was well thought out with everything one could possibly need provided. Guido and family were excellent hosts with Maria serving up most excellent breakfasts.

My wife and I could not fault anything. We would not hesitate in recommending this friendly and well run accommodation.

Fiendly accommodation in excellent location we would like to visit again.

The property was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. The best part was meeting the owner, Guido. He was nice and pleasant person that was a pleasure to chat with. He made us feel really welcome. On arrival he explained where to go and what to do. We already had an idea how to spend the time in Cambridge, but his local advice was invaluable. The breakfast was excellent. We felt as if we sat down to eat with friends and family rather than in a guest house. The property had parking available which is a big plus considering how difficult is to find a parking spot in UK.

Nothing at all. I wish we had more time to spend there.

Perfect guest house

The room was lovely decor and exceptionally clean. Lots of little extra touches which make it perfect home from home. Breakfast was the best, spoilt for choice. The owners 10/10 got everything running ship shape.

No toilet brush in en-suite bathroom but can also understand the reasons why. But that’s picking a needle out a haystack.

A great room and welcoming host.

The room was larger than we expected, with onsite parking a huge bonus. Although it is about 2km to central Cambridge, it's only about 200m to the bus stop and a 5 min ride. Guido was very welcoming and it was a pity we didn't get the opportunity to meet Maria.

We needed to leave Cambridge a day earlier than planned.

Guido & Maria go the extra mile, to ensure our stay with them was of a very high standard.

We received a very friendly and warm welcome, our room was well equipped, the bed was so comfy and there was the little extra touches in our room and downstairs. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from., our hosts were very attentive to our needs throughout our stay nothing was to much trouble for them.

Would definitely come back - this is a lovely place to stay just 15 mins walk from the city centre.

Excellent guest house

Loverly place to Stay for our trip to Cambridge. Room was very spacious and clean, very well decorated. Bed was so comfortable, I had two nights of great sleep. Ensuite was great. Breakfast was delicious and to have your own toaster on the table was a bonus. Big thank you to the hosts for making our visit so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone.

Outstanding bead and breakfast in every respect. Highly recommended.

Great location that was a comfortable walking distance from all the main attractions of central Cambridge. Guido and Maria were excellent hosts, friendly and attentive. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Car parking was very good, you just needed to take care going through the narrow entrance. Breakfasts and combined entertainment from Guido score 11 out of 10.

Maria and Guido are excellent hosts! The accommodation is well equipped, clean and in a good location. But the most important thing is the service and it was excellent! Maria and Guido are really great hosts!

Good option for a stay in Cambridge if you’re bringing your car.

Short walk into the city. Parking very useful. Breakfast excellent. Hosts were very friendly and supplied a bit of banter over breakfast.

Nothing really. Just be careful parking at the front as there is no dropped kerb.

We’ll come again!

The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive. We thought we’d arrive late because of a train strike and they made it really easy for us to check in. The rooms were squeaky clean and done up with taste. As someone in need of a coffee shot first thing in the morning I much appreciated the coffee machine offering a selection of different types of good quality coffee (cappuccino, americano, decaf…); there’s a kettle in the room if you prefer tea. The breakfast was delicious; you could have any type of egg or interpretation of an English breakfast you fancied. The double espresso was the final give away that we stayed with hosts that did their Italian roots proud :-P

Here we go. I don't write reviews, good or bad...but Guido was an exceptional host. When checking out the cab company stiffed me and I was going to be late to Court. Guido offered, and then drove me to Court so that I would get there on time. What a total star
