Alles prima und zum wiederkommen inspiriert.

Ein sehr einladendes Hotel mit guter Lage, und mit sehr freundlichem und Personal. Ich war schon das zweite mal im Hotel und bestimmt nicht das letzte mal. Viele Zimmer sind renoviert und gemütlich, genauso wie die neuen Betten. Das Frühstück fabelhaft. Ich habe gleich für ein paar Tage im Herbst noch Mals gebucht. Und das Angebot zum wandern und die Kulisse um Abtenau ist einfach die Reise wert.

Alles hat mir gefallen. Vor allem das sehr freundliche Personal und das Wellness Angebot ist auch ganz toll.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Wir wurden recht herzlich empfangen mit einem Glas Sekt und einer total lieben Rezeptionistin. Am Zimmer stand ein Gugelhupf als Begründung. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub!

Ein sehr gelungenes Urlaub mit Stil und Luxus Gefühl

Wir haben uns sehr gut gefüllt, es war eine von unseren besten entspanntesten Urlaubs. Das Team ist wirklich sehr höflich,das Essen war sehr gut, Abends war der Highlight, die Wellnessbereich ist super schön ( für die die sensibel beim Kindergeräusche sind natürlich laut...aber Vormittags ist super ruhig) man hat verschiedene Saunen , auch eine Küche wo man einen Tee kochen kann und Äpfel zum Essen, Massagen/ Kosmetik kann man auch buchen , ein großes Lob an Daniel v Reception ! Danke ! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen 🙋🏻‍♀️

Wir hatten Halbpension und wir bereuen es gar nicht aber leider die Getränke sind nicht inklusive. Hätte mir auch gefallen Abends Tanzmusik zu haben.( Es war nur einmal jemanden wegen Fasching da..war eine. Wunderbare Abend)

Toller Wellnessbereich und Frühstücksbuffett!

Minimale Gebrauchsspuren im Zimmer und im Zimmer stand ein Schild mit ,Lassen Sie sich Ihren Gugelhupf schmecken‘, wir bekamen aber nie einen.

An sich von außen gut aussehendes 4 Sterne Hotel.Aber die Dependance ist inferior.

Wellnessbereich in Ordnung,Frühstück reichlich mit guter Auswahl,Abendessen ohne Höhepunkte,Nachmittagsjause eine gute Idee

Die Zimmer mit ca.20 Quadratmeter und extrem kleinen Badezimmer waren in keinster Weise wie ich gebucht hatte "superior".Alte abgewohnte mißfärbige Teppichböden,bei Zimmer 206 gab es vermutlich infolge der sparsamen Beheizung sogar Schimmelbefall.

Rundum wohlfühlen

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gefallen.

Die Betten waren leider nicht so bequem. Nach dem Check Out wurden wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass es Austauschmatratzen gegeben hätte.

Abtenau is a typical Austrian mountain resort - Calm, clean and quiet place, with great services and breathtaking countryside. Regarding the Vital Hotel Moisl, can´t say enough good. From early morning till late night, there is always something to do. The hotel wellness is a must-visit, provides everything one can look for, and is a perfect place to relax.

All in all it was the best family holiday

Nice and friendly staff at the reception. Nice maids. Perfect breakfast. Superb location to the popular places of interest. Fantastic wellness area. We had our dog with. There wasn´t any problem about it. We will definitely come again.

Beds and pillows could be more comfy. The matrass was too soft.

Service and food were fabulous. Everything spotless. No complaints. They let us have a late checkout to to my sudden health problem and everything was handled very professionally.

Everything was excellent as usual. This was our third stay. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Also recommend using the free train pass for worry free travel to Salzburg.

Beautiful Abtenau at the first place. Hotel has great location. Booking HB was a good decision as breakfast and dinner offers were great. The view from the room was breathtaking.

Superb

It is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful country setting, yet close to all attractions The food was great, the SPA fantastic and very clean, the live music at dinner was a great touch, and I have never seen a hotel that has prosecco coming out of a wall! :) The room was very nice. The welcome cake in the room and a farewell jar of homemade jam will make us remember this hotel with a wonderful feeling. It is a wonderful "Old world Austria" feeling that we enjoyed every minute!

We loved everything. Of course, free water at dinner will be appreciated but it is how it is in most of Europe. You pay for drinks at dinner and "coffee/cake time". So, for Americans: just be ready than beer and wine is cheaper than water there: and enjoy Europe!)))

Beautiful hotel with amazing views in a central location. Friendly helpful staff, incredible spa.

Staff were exceptional. My luggage did not arrive at the airport and they were very helpful with letting me know where I could buy certain things. Very relaxing check-in, beautiful spacious room with a spectacular view, the spa and pool area was enormous and very quiet, so many ameneties I didn't even try them all. Free tea, water and fruit at all times of the day. Room service was fast, breakfast anything you could want or need and even had a 'late breakfast' until 2pm for grabbing snacks. Exceptional hotel and wonderful stay.

I don't think wifi was available in the rooms. Otherwise, cant fault the hotel at all.

I/we really enjoyed staying in a well-equipped hotel, a pretty and central location.

We received a warm welcome, given secure parking for our bikes and invited to arrive first before worrying about taking up our luggage etc. There were some nice little welcoming details (no spoilers), and we quite enjoyed the 9-pin bowling room.
