Very good

The apartment was clean & tidy.The pool area was lovely & clean.

The bed sheet wasn't large enough to tuck in.Which meant it came loose every night.

Location was fantastic and staff were pleasant

Lack of entertainment hugely. Even one simple thing like some radio/music played on speakers at the pool area would have made all the difference.

Nice pool, not crowded. Restaurant good, served all day. Nice apartment. Location good for local shops and the beach. Plenty of places to eat out, in walking distance.

nice place, terrible agency that looks after it.

they dont provide any sort of toileteries, zero!!! it's almost an airbnb. for the same price you can stay in a hotel across the street with a jacuzzi and quieter swimming pool. not worth the money. not to mention that one glass broke and I was charger 3x the price of a normal glass cup (which was sold in the shop next to the hotel for 3 leva). and a plus! no WIFI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

terrible customer service, got overcharged by a glass that broke by itself (when washed with hot water). no toileteries offered neither wifi. had to buy it all by ourselves whilst our friends that stayed in the hotel across the street had it all for free

Superb

The pools are awesome, the garden very clean. The interior of the apartment is ok, not so modern, but ok. The price of the stay was very low. With this money, you can't ask for 5 star conditions. The apartment is situated in a beautiful complex. In this area, parking are free.

The sofa from living is very uncomfortable and the apartment is like 10 minutes away from the beach. No wi-fi.

Very nice hotel with a tricky check-in

The hotel was very good and I would stay again and recommend you to stay - just be aware the check in might be tricky (check the negative section).

It seems that most of the apartments have owners and hence are not operated by the hotel reception. So was ours, even though we booked by the booking.com. It is totally fine but it would help knowing it in advance as otherwise we ended up with confusional discussions at the reception and waiting for an hour for an outside guy with the key. But again: the hotel itself is really good (only make sure the outside company provides the room with enough soap and toilet paper cos - if you run out of them - the reception won’t help you).

The facilities were great we had our own kitchenette, it was really quiet, the pool was super clean and our host was amazing and helpful

It was brilliant! The most relaxing family holiday I have ever been on.

The food in the hotel was gorgeous, and the cocktails too! The location was perfect! Only a 6/7 minute drive to the main strip or 25 minute walk. There was pubs, supermarket, chemist only around the corner. The hotel is closed off to outsiders. Nobody can just walk in and use the facilities unless they are staying at the hotel. There's a different fob for each building so nobody can go into any. They can only get into there own.
