Great stay for the value.

Colonial stay. An architect's point of view

The family who received was very kind and helpful. The house was beautiful and very spacious.

The rooms were a bit humid it could do with a bit more ventilation.

A hotel is located in an old building in very calm and safe part of the city..There are few restaurants abd bars in walking distance 10-15 minutes. A hotel has a nice patio. Staff is nice and helpful

A second home away from home in the heart of the city, restaurants, the zoo, and boardwalk close by

I enjoyed our stay at Casa Colonial immensely, we were thinking of booking a big hotel in town but I'm glad we didn't staying here felt like a second home in the middle of a tropical garden. Each morning breakfast was great, I'm allergic to Many things and the hotel staff were able to accommodate me. I also don't speak very good Spanish (Google Translate is your best friend if your like me), but hotel staff was very patient with me and showed me the best spots to explore around town. My Partner and I did a photoshoot in the courtyard, the old colonial feel of the hotel fit perfectly and elevated the quality of the shoot. If you're looking for things to do while staying here go visit the Zoo, and the Gran Malecon. Great Value for the price, stay here you'll be glad you did. I'll certainly be back :)

I wish they would add orange juice to the breakfast menu. Orange juice > melon juice.

It was a nice stay :) Good breakfast, good location and very nice staff :)

I really liked the experience. The breakfast was really good, the staff was kind and the hotel is located near supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. I had everything I needed in the room: comfy bed, TV and it even had a fridge, which I wasn't expecting :) I would go back!

I can't think of anything negative about my experience.

Very good experience

Very good overall experience, the hotel is located in what used to be a big beautiful family house in a very nice neighborhood in Barranquilla, great location, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Room was clean and ready before the check-in time (I requested to arrive early and they had no problem)

For the experience to be wonderful I suggest: - Add stand/ceiling fans to the room. I don't enjoy sleeping with the A/C on. - Additional shades so I can have a little privacy while still letting in natural light and air. - Have some snacks and drinks available at the front desk. It'll be an additional income for you and guests would really appreciate to have options without going out.
