Exceptional base for exploring Crete

- Perfect location for exploring Kissamos and the wider area of Crete - Great sized, and clean, outdoor pool with nice range of sun-beds and outdoor furniture - General facilities and rooms were cleaned regularly and thoroughly - All communication was clear and staff stayed up late to check us in when our flight was delayed - Room had almost everything you could need and was a great size, bed was comfortable, and shower was powerful

Nothing really! A few ideas to improve the stay though: - Opening the pool for longer - Replenish tea bags when doing the daily clean - Provide washing up equipment - Provide a soap dish and toilet brush holder - Consider a day/changing room for when you cannot extend your room but have time before your flight

Mirtilos Studios & Apartments has excellent location, very clean pool and beautiful surrounding in the pool area. I could recommend place for family and couples , quite and comfy

Perfect apartment in the strategic Kissamos

Our apartment had the big terrace on the hotel entrance, it was perfect to let our children have fun. The view was on both the swimming pool and the sea. With just 2 minute walk we were down on the main road along the sea, the beaches or the city center with markets and restaurant. Free parking always available. Clean service every day. The swimming pool is very nice.

Very small kitchen, just for breakfast or a quick lunch. Small shower.

Great hotel for exploring western Crete.

Great location with nice big swimming pool and bar. Large room with comfortable bed & pool/sea view. Nice and close to beach, shops and restaurants.

Excellent stay and very friendly staff. Would happily book again!

The pool and bar area was excellent, loads of sun lounges and beds were available. Decent cocktails and very reasonably priced. Staff were extremely useful and attentive and were able to get us taxis whenever we needed them! The room was a good size and the balcony had views of the ocean. Importantly, the aircon was also working!

The beds in the room were just two twin beds pushed together. So not ideal and definitely not what was advertised. However, the room was clean and came with a fridge/freezer. The room was cleaned each day as well!

Exceptional

Great place to stay and discover the west part of the island. It has a great pool and big studios with kitchen. Free parking and close to restaurants.

At night there was no hot water.

The room was super and the view amazing from the balcony! The breakfast was excellent and everything fresh. The location of hotel is within a nearby walking distance of square with excellent restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean rooms and big pool. The bar have everything we needed! We had great time in Mirtilos We will be back!

Amazing hotel!! We will visit again for sure!!!

We stayed only 1 night but I can say for sure that this hotel is super! The rooms were so clean and big. We didnt booked breakfast but we order from the pool bar and it was amazing we really enjoyed. The hotel have a big pool in which if you want they provide you with a towel. The hotel is in the center of Kissamos only two steps from the square and the coastal. It has a very big parking space. Its easy to go to Falassarna and Balos beacause is very close. The staff was so kind an very friendly with great willingness trying to satisfy everything we asked for. Also all the rules for COVID-19 followed with care We had amazing time in Mirtilos and we will back for sure!!!

Exceptional

Only stayed for one night. Arrived very late to check in and they had 24/7 reception. Very clean and spacious. Looked like an amazing pool area and bar but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it this trip.
