Excellent facilities, location, views, host. Recommend!

Everything was perfect. Immaculately clean self-catering apartment. Kind and welcoming staff. Washing machine available and host gave me liquid. The bedroom felt fit for a princess. Partial ocean views + city views and great to watch sunsets from the wrap-around balcony. Just one street back from ocean in a quiet area. Easy walking distance to all sites. 20min walk to port for boat tours. 15min walk to train station. Coffee machine and pods, kettle and tea included. 10min walk to grocery store.

No lift (if that is important for you) only stairs.

Exceptional

Location basicly in the center of Polignano. Even so, you can easlily come by car as there is a 10 Euro / day parking just steps away. Nice and clean rooms, location next to a beach and overall it offers everything you need. Very good cost/benefits ratio, best buy actually, owner extremely helpfull and supportive.

Delightful

Such a great place to stay. Everything you need is there. The location is fantastic, so close to the beach and restaurants. The host is so helpful and nothing is too much. I will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic place! Strongly recommended!

Fantastic stay! Very close to the historic center, the lungomare Domenico Modugno and its famous statue, wonderful sea view. Close to several restaurants and coffee shop for breakfast. I parked at the street at the low season in May, but there is a convenient paid parking around 200m from the place. Gianni – the owner – could not be a better host: reliable at checkin and checkout scheduled hours, helped with baggage, gave a lot of useful information and booked us a very nice boat tour. When we arrived there was a bottle of local wine, water and snacks. The apartment is nice, comfortable bed and pillows, nice TV. The living room and small kitchen are useful, with the minifridge and the nespresso machine, always full with capsules. It was impeccably clean, as they service it every other day and refresh the towels. A free washing machine at the building was also very useful. Bravo, Gianni, a stay to be proud of!

The most perfect seaside apartment in Polignano a Mare!

The location is fantastic! Only a 3 min walk to the main famous beach Lama Monachile, the whole place is so clean and comfy felt like I stayed in a hotel! The closet is huge and the kitchen and living room is really nice! the terrace is huge and is so nice and relaxing to sit on in the mornings. beautiful view of the sea!

Highly recommend!

John, the proprieter, was the most helpful person ever! He co-ordinated rides for us ( Taxi's were on strike). He helped with restaurants and was just very kind. I saw him while walking on the street one day and he smiled and waved like we were old friends. Loved it. The location was unbeatable! Amenities were perfect and the cleaning lady was exceptional as well!!

The air conditioning did not reach upstairs very well but worked very well downstairs. A fan would definately help with the air flow.

Best place I’ve visited / great location and host

the property and the location was amazing. The host was the best host I’ve come across and even picked me up from the station and told me lots about the town. I recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back.

Perfect room for a nights stay. There are larger rooms for longer stays. I would consider returning.

The location was perfect, the room was simply clean and comfortable as well as spacious for a nights stay with a small kitchen and balcony where you can see the sea. The bath had a nice shower.

Not much, an elevator would have been a big plus but we don't expect one

Apartment suitable for two people

location, comfy bed

Lack of cutlery, sitting area in dining tokm is gone when you have to kake a bed for third person. i honestly think this apartment is nice but certainly not appropriate for a family of three and shouldn’t be sold as one.

IT WAS THE BEST TIME EVER. Apartment was soooo much nicer in real

We had the best time. We got an upgrade for the room and didnt have to pay for that. The apartment looked even better in real life. It got cleaned all the time and was so close to the beach, supermarket and the city. Gianni was a very great host! He recommended us the best restaurants and a book tour. He organized it all for us and even took us the place where the boat was - for free!!! We could contact him and he replied immidiately. It was the most beautiful apartment we could get and we will definetly come back!!!!!!! Thank you Gianni!!

Location is great with just a 2-minute walk to old town. Host was very helpful and provided loads of suggestions on where to eat and what to see and do. Parking was good situated only 100m from the property in a private open car park. Will definitely be back.

good location, 3 mins walk to the beach. the room is running by a super nice guy with real hospitality :)

Very good position, comfortable double bed, very good WiFi and air-conditioning.

The shower drained very slowly. This meant having a very quick and low pressure shower, otherwise the bathroom would have flooded. The single beds on the mezzanine level are not comfortable.
