We loved absolutely everything! The people working at the facilities were incredible and so thoughtful, we were really really impressed. We would definitely be back. They also left us with a little gift that we found extremely sweet from them.

Wonderful room and a fantastic host. Nicoletta was amazing, made us feel right at home, she was very sweet. We had to check out at 2am and she insisted on waking up and seeing us out, we were beyond happy with our stay. Also, you can not beat the location, bus stop, quads, bike rental, restaurants and the beach are all 100 feet away. There's a little convenience store as well that opens up early, great coffee and the family that runs it are very welcoming.

A wonderful and quiet place to relax. Everything was above and beyond.
Great location, just a few steps away from the bus stop, from which buses depart every 30 minutes towards Thira. There is quite a big parking lot next to the building where we left our vehicle. Quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, shops and restaurants that are open till late evening.
Lovely owner and staff - we felt like in your own home and they made us feel like family - greeted us every day with a huge smile and were always willing to chat. You can always count on their help, support and advice. Excellent value for money. A tear rolled in the eye as we had to leave and it was for sure a bittersweet feeling.
Rooms cleaned daily, fresh, clean towels and bedding, they will even stock you with toiletries. Kitchen fully equipped, you will find everything you need. Pleasant balconies in the rooms - ideal for a relaxing evening drink and snacks after a day full of exploring this beautiful island. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. Swimming pool with clear water and sunbeds available for guests. This place has even more than you expect.
All in all, we experienced an unforgettable holiday and made extraordinary memories, in which Three Harites contributed. With a clear conscience, we can recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed
The only drawback was that the time in this wonderful place in Santorini flew by too quickly and our vacation came to an end 😁

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful little hotel. Everything was perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Wonderful location near the beach, comfortable room and nikoletta was so friendly and helpful:) I would definitely recommend this place..and will go back ♥️

Great location for Perissa beach. Short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants and bars. Also close to the bus stop for buses into Thira. Pool is small but clean and lovely place to sit. Air con in room. Very comfy bed. The lady who owns the hotel, Nicoletta, is lovely and so friendly and helpful.
Nothing to complain about. Would have been nice to have a hook on bathroom door and a plug in the kitchen sink, but no complaints as the room was lovely.

The location of the hotel was fabulous. The vibe was calm and cozy and the owner was SO nice. She treated us like family and we felt super welcomed. Would definitely go back!

I loved the host Nicoletta, she was so accommodating. The room was very clean and she would leave a good variety of breakfast for us. Nicoletta would always ask how are day was going and is a wonderful conversationalist. Very upbeat and wonderful host. I would recommend this place every time. Just so wonderful and so close to the beach plus it has its own Subclusiveness and felt very safe.

The surroundings, Perissa is a nice place to stay.
We booked the Three Harites especially because there was a kitchenette available, but we couldn't cook because of the lack of equipement.
For the price we paid, we expected a room in better condition, with some decorations and maybe a TV.
The room was small and we didn't find much space to feel comfortable.
Regardless, we know Santorini is overrated, but we expected better.

The host is very friendly and hospitable. We arrived
late in the evening after a delayed flight, she could
see we were tired so she kindly took us straight to our
room and told us not to worry about the checking in
formalities that night and to just come down and see
her in the morning. She was also helpful in arranging
transfers to and from the airport & ferry terminal. The
breakfast basket with fresh fruit that is replenished
everyday along with water & juice is a very nice touch.
The location was very close to the main part of Perissa.
Great value for money and in a beautiful but cheaper &
less crowded part of Santorini than the likes of Fira or Oia.

It was a lovely experience. Nicoletta the staff was very friendly and generous. She shared her hairdryer with us, she presented a bottle of wine and a fridge calamita due to our honeymoon, she did not put any additive to the pool at one night so we were able swim at dark as well quietly and she gave us breakfast three times even though we stayed for two nights.

We had a big tragedy during our holiday. Nicoletta extended our stay w/o any charge and also ordered extra food for us. Her passion and kindness warmed our broken hearts and bought some lights during such difficult time. thanks a lot, Nicoletta

Excellent Location with good variety of local shops and restaurants and only few minutes walking from the Perissa Beach. Nicoletta is a fantastic host, she is always helpful and a very kind person. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was simple but with everything we needed, specially with fresh fruit every morning. We would definitely recommend as a place to stay in santorini.
Shower is only a shower hose, but I would say that it's like that in the whole Greece and it is not something that would change your experience.
Another point is the pool painting came off when we used it.

I think they have the best view in Perissa. Small courtyard with mountain panorama is amazing. And Nicoletta is the most friendly host I’ve ever met. She waited a taxi together with us and lead us to the gate in early morning when we left.
The bathroom is a bit dark and only packed food for the breakfast what is unusual in Greece.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful owner in Nicoletta and other staff very courteous. Great location just 2 minutes walk to the beach and less for other facilities. Good size room with nice balcony. Probably the most comfortable bed we have ever had in Greece during our very many visits. Continental breakfast brought to the room to have in comfort.

the hotel is in a very nice location near black beach and near the bus station of perissa, , rooms are cleaned daily and we would turn to a very nice smell and tidy room, the personnel, notably the receptionist is amazong and speaks italian, english and greek

This place made our holidays in Santorini. We stayed in a very comfortable triple room with balcony facing the church and the sea.
The room was cleaned and towels were changed everyday.
Breakfast was brought to the room at an arranged time between 8 and 10 am, it consisted of fruit, coffee, Greek yogurt, packed croissant, fresh juice and Greek pastry with cheese and ham inside.
It is a quiet place to rest after a long day exploring the island and everything is within walking distance; beach is just 4 mins away, Bus station is 1 minute and you can find many shops, restaurants and Cafes around.
But what exceeded our expectations was the hospitality from the hostess and the staff, she was always there for any questions or concerns we had, making our stay the best we have had so far in our trip.
If you want to experience the real Greek hospitality, this is the place to stay.

Nice small studio right next to the bus stop in Perissa and close to the beach and very cost-effective. Free access to the sunbeds and pool.
The owner was super friendly and nice and happy to practice with me her Italian, she offered me every day a different breakfast with fresh fruits, yogurt, bread, butter, jam, coffee.
General cleaning could be improved, but overall you get what you pay for.

Everything was perfect. We loved our room with balcony inside where we had breakfast every day. Nikoletta was super special, we totally loved our stay in Perissa. Beach, market, restaurants and car rental walking distance. Will recommend to anyone and hope we can come back soon

The host nicoletta was amazing! Very friendly and helpful! The apartment is at a very good and calm spot, near a free parking. The busstation is maybe 1 minute walk, so actually you don't need a car.
The bathroom was inconvenient and a very bad smell came out of the sink. We didnt say anything about it but im sure they would help if we asked.
