En esta ocasión, no fue la misma experiencia que el hotel me suele dejar. Lo pueden hacer mucho mejo

Como siempre la atención de las chicas en el desayuno y la ubicación del hotel.

En esta oportunidad me aloje en la habitación 401. En todo momento se escucha el movimiento del ascensor, lo que significa que si el hotel esta con alguna actividad puntual en ese bloque, el ruido es constante y molesto. Esta habitación no contaba con servicio de WIFI, y a mi apreciación no tenía el mantenimiento correspondiente.

Mala experiencia

Está cerca de los shopping

Poco personal, falta de banqueria en los baños y no tienen disponible tampoco. Estuvimos 2 noches sin agua y nadie nos dio solución ni reintegro por el percance. No lo recomiendo, la persona que limpia las habitaciones es la misma que atiende en el desayuno y la que te ayuda si llamas a recepción (no hay personal)

Pésimo hotel

Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación.

Pésima experiencia, tienen muy poco personal. Teníamos la estadía paga por 2 noches y no había agua en el edificio, peleamos para que nos puedan reintegrar e irnos a otro hotel. La gerente nunca se hizo cargo, no apareció por el hotel ni contestó las llamadas. Desayuno escaso y habitaciones sin disponibilidad de toallas por falta de la misma.

not worth it

only location, nothing else.

Too much humidity in rooms, mattresses with mold. mattresses and pillows don’t have a protective cover which is gross. outlets in walls were broken. breakfast is below average, there was even a roach crawling. not worth it for a family stay, too many drunk people.

Decent hotel for a quick stay in Asuncion

It's a decent hotel for weekend stay in Asuncion. It's within good walking distance to several restaurants, shops and bars.

I felt that the bar staff could have been a little more knowledgeable. We asked for a shot of tequila, and even pointed at it on the menu, but they came back a few moments later, asking if it was a gin, whisky, rum or tequila. They didn't have it in the end, so we settled for a bottle of red wine, which was served in an ice bucket with chilled glasses; I thought it was common knowledge for bar staff that white wine is served cold and red at room temperature.

A lot of noise on the 9th floor (gym/spa/terrace) Sheets look really old and bad quality We found ants and other bugs in the room that bite us an make an allergic reaction

Nice place to stay in Asu

Everything was really nice. Big clean room with AC and good view on the city and pool. Very good breakfast: eggs, sausages, fruits, vegetables, sweets, perfect freshes. Unfortunately, I've forgotten my swimsuit and didn't swim in the pool, but it was clean and looked nice. There was towels, bed-shits, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Also safe! Friendly and helpful staff! Shopping centers are in walking distance.

The bed was too soft for me, but I don't think it is bad for everybody, just my opinion. So in fact everything was cool and I liked it!
