It’s not worth the money you have to pay

Basically nice property close to a crowded dirty beach

They rip you off there. Accommodation totally overpriced. Water damage to the air conditioning, ran through the electrical sub-distribution-> no room change, no discount on the room price offered. Attempted trickery with price for extra-night stay. A little snobbish.

Great location - beach and restaurants at your feet! The staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful, lovely people working there! We liked the breakfast, although the selection may not be overly wide, what they have to offer was always very good - the fluffiest pancakes ever! Very pet friendly

To get a proper coffee if you have a basic non-standard request (eg cappuccino with plant milk) was an occasional struggle. Air conditioning could not be fixed to a specific temperature, so it was difficult to maintain a desired temperature in the room. The toppers for sun beds were quite dirty.

Everything is fine.

This wasn't the first time we stayed here and unfortunately, the standard of the restaurant decreased compared to last year. Shorter dinner menu (it is more like a degustation menu but only with 4 courses, than a half board dinner) and also the variaty of the breakfast is more poor as it was before (though it is enough). There were some tiny faults in the room, but nothing serious (Mirror was dismounted from its place in the suite). Parking at the hotel has a fee, also it was free before.

Splendid, elevated experience in the heart of a small charming coastal town of Crikvenica.

As soon as i checked in i was pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade which was a lovely touch. Me and my mom stayed together for a few days to enjoy beautiful Croatian coast and lovely hospitality. Newly renovated stunning historical hotel building has a modern extension also, we stayed in the new wing. Food and beverages selection was superb.

A wonderful hotel in which to truly relax!

Fantastic hotel! From the minute we arrived until the moment we left the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! Service was impeccable throughout the hotel. Room was lovely with excellent air conditioning, comfy beds and fluffy towels. We were delighted to find our room had been upgraded which was an unexpected pleasure! The breakfast menu was fantastic, one of the best we’ve ever had and we dined in the restaurant one evening which was also very good and very reasonably priced. The pool was lovely and the 1pm glass of fizz was a lovely gesture. Everywhere was spectacularly clean and well presented. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful hotel

We stayed for 2 nights while on a motorbike tour. It was perfect for our little break from riding. Great, friendly service, lovely room and use of the spa. Had a nice relaxing few hours in the spa. Highly recommend

Exceptional

We enjoyed in a beautiful spacious room with gorgeous view on sea, delicious food and wines. The stuff was very friendly, the hotel is totally renewed but at the same time the old part remained it’s soul. In the front of hotel there is also a nice small garden. The position of hotel is also ideal - direct to the beach and 5-10 min walk from the town center.

Internal phone wasn’t working, but technical stuff reacted immediately and repaired it next day.

Nice relaxing beach hotel

Nice hotel, beach positioned, quiet location, close to the city center. Hotel food is amazing – slow food principle of good quality.

We were missing some hotel entertainment, they are not offering any kind of animation for children or children playground.

Wifi is really good, maybe the best I've had compared to previous hotels. Speedtest showed 100/100 Mbps, and the signal was strong. The signal was strong even from the beach which was partially also because how close the beach was. If you have many gadgets I would definitely bring a power extension cord with multiple sockets. There are wall sockets around the room, but for example there was only on each side of the bed which was occupied with a night lamp. The wall mounted flat TV was a modern 4k Samsung smart TV, but it wasn't connected via ethernet and it didn't have a WiFi built in so one can't really use the smart TV apps on it like Spotify or your own Netflix. The cleanness was spotless. Room service is every day, they replaced towels also every day. The AC was automatic and we didn't feel the need to manually control it. The balcony door had really good sound isolation, one night there was a party nearby but as soon as we closed the balcony door it nearly went silent. The wellness had a few indoor saunas with shower, and indoor jacuzzi and an outdoor pool. The pool's water was a bit cold, it felt colder than the sea, but it was the sea which we were more interested about anyway. The beach was really close. Literally a few steps away. We had a sea side balcony and we could see our stuff from the balcony when we went back to our room for something. We had half board, the food was plenty and delicious. For breakfast there are few options, but with typically went with the English breakfast, and for dinner basically there are two options, either an Adriatic sea fish menu, or a meat menu. Both were five course. Breakfast between 7am-10am, dinner between 7pm-9pm. Staff were really friendly, we'll definitely be a retuning guests

There were a few minor details which could be improved but nothing which affected our overall satisfaction. Upon checkout, I told them these at the reception, the receptionist took a pen and paper to note these down and few minutes later when we walked past by he let us know that he passed these along to the management. Also he thanked us for the feedback. We'll be a retuning guests next year to check on these :)
