Very good

Good hotel is very clean and something different very unique. The couples are very good and help full good breakfast the staff who served breakfast very active.No complaints.

The room number 21 .. last room sold to customers..the shower bathtub bit danger because it's fall down very easily if you stand..or you must sit...but the hotel management not listening this because they only looking money and booking.com need commission.

Location is good as its in the centre of Hoorn.

Staff were very loud in the morning at 6am. No consideration for the guests. Shouting and talking very loud from the kitchen right next door to our two rooms we had booked. Night time staff stand on the balcony outside the window and are on the phone or talking until passed 10pm. 3 young children getting woken up from the noise. Rooms very basic, one of the rooms bathroom door locks on own, toilet gets blocked as little flush. Charge on top of the original price when arriving for 'tourist fee'. Definitely won't be staying again.

Good value for money in Hoorn

Very quiet neighborhood but still very central. Friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Rooms are very small and in room 26 you cannot sower, only take a bath while sitting, since the ceiling is very low.

Location. Staff very friendly.

Bathroom too small. If you take a shower, the whole restroom become wet. There is also a big step to get into the bathroom, which was a hazard when getting into the bathroom during the night.

The Keizerskroon is definitely not a place to pass up.

The owners were exceptionally nice. There was a masseuse who was GREAT!!! and so nice. The breakfast was unbelievable with so much food and fresh food every day. In the evening, Lisa, the co-owner, would play the piano or serenade us with her FABULOUS singing of different genres of music. That was such a treat.

The weather was a little warm, which was beyond the control of the owners. However, airconditioners were bought immediately for those who wanted them. So thoughtful.
