La plage est juste devant et c est tres pratique

Le site indique des chambres de 26 metres carré ce qui est totalement faux . Elles ne font meme pas 15 metres carré . Il a fallu se battre avec la reception pour avoir une chambre plus grande car la directrice maintenait que la terrasse devait etre comprise dans la surface …. Gros mensonge . Mes amis ont du partir sur un autre hotel a proximité .

The rooms are spacious with your own balcony. The staff are amazing and helpful. The food is good and they're prepared to host all the guest's.

The room had a bad smell, and it's lasted throughout our stay.

Absolutely perfect, highly recommended.

The hotel was amazing, and I would highly recommend. The rooms are super modern - we had an apartment, which had a lounge, kitchen area, and a separate bedroom. All rooms were 100% clean, modern, well decorated, all just perfect. We also had a balcony, and an extra bonus was the roof-top terrace area, which was a massive plus. Staff were excellent. Foof was excellent - we had planned to eat out a little more, but the all-inclusive was so good we ate in the hotel for every meal! Absolutely nothing to fault about it, and I would - and will - definitely return.

Nothing - for me, it was absolutely faultless.

Friendly, clean and modern!

The cleanliness of the hotel, the lovely staff in every department, the seaview from the pool area, I would recommend paying extra for the sea view.

The beach has a lot of seaweed, however if you walk up the beach to playa de muro it is beautiful.

Unpleasant

We like the view and location.

Mattresses are old and the food can definitely be improved. Last but not least, someone stole 2 of my most expensive makeup products from my room. Other small products were missing during our long two weeks stay … I would not recommend this hotel to friend or family.

Excellent hotel

Hotel was excellent. Location is awesome , right on the beach. Food was great, there were different options each day, there was a variety of foods. Room has a kettle and a microwave. We booked a side sea view, but it was almost a full sea view, we were really pleasantly surprised.

Room was a bit small, especially the bathroom. Beverage options for all inclusive guests are a bit limited, for example you can only get small beer. They only have twin beds, no double beds in the rooms.

Brilliant stay

Brilliant bedroom Good variety of food great all inclusive drinks selection FANTASTIC staff - especially the evening bar team Close to the beach Close to a mini mart Extremely clean in all area Staff could communicate in a range of languages Late check out times

The beds are two single beds pushed together that are quite uncomfortable Not a criticism of the hotel itself but mostly German guests with all German tv channels rather than English in the room. The swimming pool was not as large as it appeared on the images online. Some of the meal times were difficult for us as a couple. lunch from 12:30-13:30 then dinner from 18:30-20:30, as we usually prefer to eat a bit later, but then again good for young families.

Fantastic location & room but food needs much improvement

We were really happy with the location of the hotel which is about 3 minutes from the beach! We also had a huge room with a balcony and then a winding staircase up to a second private balcony with a day bed.

The food for breakfast was really quite bad it was cold and looked it it has been sitting out for hours. The twin beds weren’t great as they separate and when you are a couple a double bed would have been much better! A lot of the staff don’t speak much English only Spanish and German so that was difficult at times!

Very satisfied

Location is the best. The hotel is literally on the beach. There is an easy connection with the airport by bus. Hotel is clean and modern. Food is fresh and there are many options what to eat. Personal is nice and kind.

We had all inclusive and there was no bottled water. We were forced to go and ask for small cup of water every time we were thirsty. We ended up with buying big bottles of water. There were no snack between main courses. We would appreciate fruit for ex. We also didn’t like night entertainment. Every night there was a fotball, commented in german language. We were jelous on next hotel where nice music was played. Beds seemed to be poor quality and there is no choice of kingbed.

No pravicy, floating bed and sofa

Position is perfect. Friendly staff Bed cover is clean

We were in the best room of the hotel, suite with side sea view. Unfortunately the sofa and bed are not stable. They can move very easily due to the roller assembled on the leg. And there are not locking device for the roller. So you can't really sleep or sit on them. Very hard. In the bathroom it lack of place for put things on. Every thing should put on the ground. The worst and terrible thing in this hotel is lack of pravicy. They refuse to give the signboard for no disturb. The reason is due to the covid situation, which I can't really follow. There was many times the room service just come in, while we are in intimate moment. And you can't lock the door. If someone don't want expose yourself, finger away from this hotel

Superb

Location was perfect! Walking distance to everything we needed in Can Picafort

Whilst there was plenty of variety with the food options, 4 days of buffet was more than enough.
