Great location with clean facilities and air conditioning!

The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that it was close enough to the old town and far enough to not hear any of the noise of the crowds.

We had to leave the front door open. As a solo female I felt a little uncomfortable. I know Croatia is safe but I got over it after my first night. I was on the top floor and I would hear anyone coming so that made me feel ok. My room had a very small window which was ok. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

Lively beautiful stay in a central apartment run with a personal touch

The rooms were clean. The owners were friendly and helpful both before and during our stay (eg kettle broken and replaced same day/arranging taxis etc). We had 2 rooms and They ensured we were next to each other. Fantastic location in the old town. Easy walks to lovely restaurants and sights

The bathrooms were very small. This was completely fine for us. But might struggle if bigger build.

Nice apartment in the heart of Zadar

Great location in the heart of Zadar, parking included. The host was very nice and welcoming, and gave us a map of Zadar with tips on where to go, where to eat etc.

The stairs to get to the apartment are VERY steep. A bit difficult to bring up luggage.

My boyfriend and I liked the location. The most important thing for us was the parking since we came with our car. The apartment was clean and the staff was lovely.

Everything especially the location, literally a few minutes walk to the Sea Organ & Greeting to the Sun. Great location, very central to the old town but in a quiet peaceful area.

Superb

Location was great, right in the city center. At the reception was a very nice young lady who gave us directions and helped us with everything we needed, for instace - providing us with a flat iron when we asked for it. The apartment was nice and clean. We were able to leave our bags at the reception after checking out and come for them in the afternoon when we had our flight and we really appreciated that.

We didn't like the fact that the bathroom door wouldn't close. I think the problem was not new, since there was a small sack filled with pebbles there, near the door, that you could move to keep the door closed when using the bathroom.

Friendly hosts, really clean and good central location. Very cozy for a few nights.

Facilities could have been better. The hairdryer provided was broken. Could have done with a couple more toilet rollls.

Modern, convenient apartment in the heart of Old Zadar

As others have said, the apartment is modern, comfortable and very convenient. There was also free parking behind the building. Old Zadar is small, so everything is close by from the apartment, including the sunset site. The owner also recommended a good restaurant run by 2 brothers that has a nice garden. We'd stay there again if we return to Zadar. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartments are up a narrow spiral staircase.

A nice option in Zadar old town

It might have been good to know about the switch for hot water. We didn't know this was a thing until being told about it at our next hotel. (We had a cold shower in the morning).

The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us suggestions about were to go in the city. The beds were comfy and clean and the free parking was useful.
