Příjemné ubytování na jednu noc

Ubytování bez omezení - vstup do domu na kód včetně vyzvednutí klíče od pokoje z bezpečnostní schránky. Pokoj uklizenỳ a voňavý, povlečení postele čisté, horká voda, funkční topení a vybavení kuchyňky. Dodržování nočního klidu.

Tolles Appartement zum sehr fairen Preis

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement zum fairen Preis, in einem neuen Gebäude. Die Sauberkeit war 1A, in der kleinen Küche war alles da, um sich - wenn nötig - etwas zuzubereiten. WLAN war ausgezeichnet. Matratzen waren neu, allerdings etwas weich, das ist aber eine Geschmackssache. Parkmöglichkeiten sind an sich gut (im Hinterhof, der komplett von einer anderen Strasse erreicht wird) es wird scheinbar toleriert, dass auf den freien Stellen am Gehweg vor dem Haus geparkt wird. Die Bus und Trambahnhaltestelle in die Stadt ist um die Ecke, ebenso wie ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und mehrere Gaststätten. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Gaststätte "U Pantátů", die 5min zur Fuß entfernt ist.

Hatte beim Zahlencode der Wohnung anfangs Probleme, da in 2 Mails verschiedene Codes genannt waren. Ich bin dann selber drauf gekommen, allerdings habe ich an keiner Mobilnummer jemanden erreicht. Das Appartement lag an der Straßenseite, die Straße ist (auch wenn sie klein aussieht) eine Durchgangsstraße. Mich hat es nicht weiter gestört, da ich einen guten Schlaf habe und dadurch auch sehr schnell an wichtigen Orten oder z.B. der Autobahn war.

Solidno za kratki boravak u apartmanu, do 3 osobe, prihvatljiva cijena, nije bez mana

Smještaj je povoljan i za kratki boravak i prespavati je O.K. Bilo je čisto i uredno. Kreveti su uredni, ručnici čisti. Kupaonica uredna, čista i velika. Blizina javnog prijevoza Ima prostora za napredak, nakon što se neke sitnice poprav, preporučio bih ovaj smještaj za 2-3 osobe, za 4 je premalo.

Teška, gotovo nikakva komunikacija s vlasnikom. Odgovor nakon bookinga je samo na češkom. Nisam dobio mail s uputama pa je bilo dosta problema kako uopće ući u apartman i gdje parkirati (nije lako pronaći parking, vidjet ćete...) Gospođa s kojom sam komunicirao priča samo češki, jednom mi se javila na telefon a kasnije se nije niti javljala. Uz dosta sreće sam uspio uću u zgradu i pokupiti ključ od apartmana, nakon čega smo od jednog od radnika koji tamo radi dobio upute kako pronaći parking. Jedini slobodan parking je bio u dobokom blatu, što mi se nikako nije svidjelo. Da se razumijemo, nije samo moj auto bio u blatu, isto su prošla još 3 druga korisnika parkirnog mjesta. Nema 4 stolaca uz stol a traženi smještaj je za 4 osobe. Snašli smo se ali je tijesno. Kada se razvuče krevet nitko ne može hodati jer nema mjesta. Barem 1 ormar u apartmanu bi bio poželjan.. Osnovne namirnice bi trebale biti u app, npr. nema soli. Sitnica ali ako je nema kada vam zatreba - problem je. Ima TV ali ne radi, bilo bi lijepo da je netko odgovorio na poruke. Prilikom dolaska vas dočeka papir s uputama ali dijela uputa koje se spominju u tekstu NEMA (ovo je možda netko od korisnika uzeo) ali bi pomoglo. Također, neka turistička karta ili upute za korištenje javnog prijevoza bi bile poželjne.

Good value for money with unfriendly host

I only had one simple question to the host(s). To my surprise the answer was passive-agressive. I have no idea why though. Anyway it was enough for me not to select this apartment next time we're in Brno.

Polecam na krótki pobyt.

Super miejsce na jednodniowy wyjazd. Parking dostępny na chodniku na przeciwko mieszkania. W sąsiedztwie wszystkie parkingi zajęte.

Sąsiadów było słychać na korytarzu.

Du vole !

Il vous affiche en prix mais la vérité c’est que vous devez donner un dépôt énorme que le prix il est caché dans les informations importantes. Ils aucune compréhension que sûr l’application c’est pas bien marqué les conditions en plus ils te répondent pas du tout et ils te donnent pas de solution. Ils sont de voleurs !!!!

Good for the short stay

It’s really ok for the short stay. Entrance (collecting the key was easy). Beds were comfortable.

The floor was not clean. The property entry door wasn’t opening (from inside), but it is possible to go around through back doors.

Clean and easy apartment, good value for the money.

The apartment was clean, the kitchen and especially the bathroom was well-equipped.

There was a small “step”, about 3cm between the room and the corridor. It is quite painful before you learn to use it. Our room was looking to the noisy street. The ones looking to the backyard must be more silent. Maybe you could add this choice to the booking?

The bathroom was nice, the room was clean and had everything you need to spend a night.

The tiniest room I've ever stayed, but for one night is ok.But I think other rooms in the building are more spacious.

clean, free parking all amenities on site.

curtains in windows let even dimmed light in, so it is pretty bright in the room I have stayed in.

Very good

Although the apartment was very small (which we knew in advance), it had a spatious balcony and it was equipped with literally everything. Comfortable beds, pet friendly, contacless check-in.

The 2+1 bunk bed was really "in the way" because of its shape and support bar.

Superb rooms for affordable price

The apartment has a lot to offer: hot water, fridge, microwave, table with chairs, decent beds and all of that for really cheap price

Walls are a bit thin, and trenagers at friday made a huge party which we had to hear until midnight

misled about the bed resulting in horrible night sleep

great location

advertised as one double bed and one single in a bunk bed, this was not the case. the bottom part of the double bed was on the floor with no way to attach it. pillows weren’t pillows but huge cushions and were truly awful to sleep on
