Excelente opción!!!

Nos encantó la atención y calidez del personal. El recepcionista nos apoyó con pedir taxi, información adicional, entre otros . Tuvimos vista directo a la hermosa iglesia. Super céntrico y cómodo

Si buscas tranquilidad no es un buen lugar

Excelente ubicación.

Solo que el RUIDO del interior (pasillos, otras habitaciones, otros pisos,etc) y del exterior (tráfico, gente) aún y con ventanas y puertas demasiado fuerte

Hotel céntrico y atención exquisita.

La ubicación, el silencio y la limpieza. Señalar que la atención del personal fue sobresaliente. El hecho de que tuviera parquing era muy ventajoso.

El ascensor estaba en “mantenimiento” durante la estancia. Tuvimos que subir y bajar a la tercera planta en varias ocasiones y era muy agotador.

Es muy céntrico

Las habitaciones son MUY pequeñas. Las fotos son engañosas, esta bien si solo vas a usarlo para dormir pero no nos gustó nada. No quisieron facturarme la estancia cuando la pagué y tramposamente se facturó hasta mi salida. Con el cambio de año me causan un perjuicio fiscal y no les importa.

Excelente por la atención de la masajista Graciela

Lo que más me encanto fue la atención de la masajista la señora Graciela Carrazco me encanto la atención, el masaje todo, el personal muy amable pero ella fue súper!!! Regresare por la buena atención de ella.

No me gusto nada, que tuviera que llevar las toallas yo al spa y que no pudieran hacérmelo a la habitación.

Excelente ubicación

¡Maravillosamente bien ubicado este hotel! Está cerca de todo. Excelente para visitar el centro de Puebla y regresar al hotel en cualquier momento. El cuarto es pequeño pero muy agradable y silencioso.

Que el proceso del desayuno fue lento y no era un bufet aunque fuera básico. Se cobro de más por otras opciones de desayuno. Restaurante cerrado a las 10pm.

There was drilling happening early in the morning and I couldn’t sleep, also had to argue with the restaurant so they could service me because they wanted to close before the closing time.

A perfcect place to stay especially for sightseeing.

The hotel is in an ideal location. The room was cleaned every single day of my stay and the staff were very helpful. I had dinner twice in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the service of a very high standard. Checking in and out was simple. The breakfast was ok.

A slightly better choice for breakfast and also as a solo traveller I did find in the mornings I would be served and then forgotten for those tables who had more. Also felt that I was placed at a table in the window which while I enjoyed people watching it did mean I could be overlooked.

Nice hotel in the centre of Puebla

A very good hotel located a few blocks from the main square. Clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet area. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

Unreliable Wi-Fi connection. Small breakfast included.

Perfect location, quiet rooms, good service

Location is excellent, rooms spacious and not noisy despite of being in the corner. Includes Parking which is positive considering that in the Historic center car is not needed at all.

Breakfast is good but does not include any hot chocolate for the kids, which does not make sense.

Great location, but the bathroom was smaller than a single personal sauna.

The location was great.

The super small bathrooms, the sink being in the bedroom, and the slow elevator. The front desk service was slow which caused lines and crowds in the lobby.

location is close to many sights. Staff is great overall. affiliated restaurant and spa are very convenient. not too touristy

Nice location, nice breakfast, but very loud with other noisy guests

Location was amazing, breakfast was amazing and the restaurant was just lovely

If you want a peaceful evening and there happens to be a horde of children also staying there which was the case for me, good luck getting any sleep. They were shrieking and running up and down the halls until after midnight, and then up and doing the same thing at 6am. The walls are incredibly thin so you can hear anyone even walking by, unfortunately the staff did not seem to enforce any sort of quiet hours so the rest of the guests (like me) had to suffer.
