Maravilhosa!! Aconchegante e confortável!!

Eu gostei do upgrade que fizerem do meu quarto de vista parcial para uma vista total da praia da joaquina

Não gostei que não tem restaurante a noite, mas isso não é algo tão necessário assim.

Me gusto mucho el Hotel, las personas de la recepción, limpieza, desayuno, increíble de buena atención, muy acogedores todos!! El hotel es tranquilo y queda a 20 metros de la playa, la playa es hermosa

El trato de la gerente de finanzas pesimo, me hizo pasar un mal rato por una mala comunicación entre el hotel y booking, se nota que no tiene el espíritu de atención al cliente si no más bien el de finanzas, salvo este mal rato me encanto el hotel

Location in front of the beach BUT away from civilization . nothing is walking distance .

poor customer service . the room view was to a Garbage , recycling lot , with scaring birds around . we ask to be changed bc of 3 nights and they wouldn’t help us . that type of room shouldn’t be offered in Booking.com please .

A melhor hospedagem na Praia da Joaquina

Localização excelente, pé na areia da Praia da Joaquina. Em frente à Pedra do canto. Existe um café da manhã farto, com pães, frutas, frios, waffle, ovos mexidos. A área de convivência com mesas, lounge, sofás, equipada com microondas, louças e talheres, chaleira elétrica, fogão elétrico, fora uma varanda com vista pro mar. Ao lado das dunas. Equipe do hotel é excelente!!!

Muito agradável e proveitosa

O cafe da manha é excelente. Tem de tudo. Ambiente agradável e funcionários muito simpaticos e prestativos. A cama do quarto é espaçosa. Pegamos um quanto com meia vista para o mar e as pedras. Hotel encostado da praia. Muito bom.

Voltaria no verão.

Atendimento da recepção muito bom, equipe atenciosa e muito educada. Café da manhã super bem organizado e gostoso. Frutas frecas, tudo de muito bom gosto.

Limpez deixa a desejar. Toalhas mesmo sendo trocadas diariamente não pareciam ser bem lavadas, cheiravam mal. Tivemos que mudar de quarto no 2º dia, pois apareceu barata no quarto.

The location is great.

All was fine until I found twice big cockroaches in the room. After I report it, I got disappointed with the answer: the reason was the restaurant on the other side of the street.

We arrived after the check-in time and the room wasn't ready. The hotel manager was very unfriendly, and could not provide the exact time for us to check in. The receptionists and kitchen personnel were friendly though.

Excellent location seconds away from Praia da Joaquina. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

No lift. Rooms could have been more sound proof. Breakfast starts rather late (7:30am).

Hood value on the weekday / Location is good and quiet thou thou can be windy. Not far from town

close to beach / good value on weekdays / staff helpful / breakfast was ok though limited egg type (one).

First room had smell of mould. we changed and was ok . Rooms needs some renovation as some details are neglected.
