Decent place to sleep, very nice staff and good location.

The staff were all excellent - very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to train stations and 7-11 and Family Mart. The beds were super comfortable and we had a partial view of the Skytree which was nice.

The rooms are very small and both smelled a bit like old cigarettes until we aired them out. The carpet did not seem clean, but otherwise the rooms were clean and comfortable and overall we would recommend this place for travellers.

Excellent staff. Equidistant to 2 train stations.

I think the most that impressed me was the staff at this hotel. They were very happy to assist us and changed our room to an even better room because the airconditioning was not working so well. Excellent service overall.

It’s quite a quiet area but very close to 2 train stations, almost equidistant. But the travel into main Tokyo was a little lengthy but it was a good price.

no facilities on site. local restaurants shut early, elevator broke down whilst there and lots of maintenance being done

bathroom was horrible, bath was flimsy and moved when stood in it, head on ceiling when in shower / shower head at chest height.

TV had BBC News Channel. I asked for a room as high above ground as possible and got floor 10 out of 11.

The bed was very soft and not suitable for 2 persons. The installations and appliances are decades old.

Good stay

Excellent location. Clean and well appointed, room. I was comfortable and stayed in the hotel for two weeks.

There was no ventilation, but that is Just me. I like to have some air circulation to avoid headache in the morning

on a training mission, happy to have found this place which is 500 metres from the site I was supposed to go.

Not in a busty place but quite nice and handy to ammenities and eating places. Staff very polite and accommodating

Good Location, Clean rooms. A bit stuffy but that is expected in Business hotels in Japan. The staff was very helpful with sufficient english knowledge. Overall a good Business hotel with decent prices

Only complaint I had was with the chair, it could have helped if it was a bit taller. It was too short with respect to the desk which made working for longer hours uncomfortables
